HOUSE WAS VERY SMALL LOCATED BEHIND ANOTHER RENTAL COULDNT SEE ANYTHING AND HAD TO BACK OUT IN STREET!!! THE AMBIENT TEMP WAS 84 DEGREES OUTSIDE AND IT WOULDNT GET BELOW 80 IN THE HOUSE TILL ABOUT 4AM AND THEN STILL WOULD NOT REACH 72 AS ADVERTISED!!!!

Perfect Beach Cottage
We rented this house based upon the photos showing the vintage style beach home and because the location was literally steps away from where we were getting married on the beach. We had a minor mishap during our stay that was completely our fault. The owner was very responsive and understanding. I highly recommend this beautiful beach cottage.

Last time
The location to the beach is wonderful. The rental itself was fine. Stocked and clean. The beach is the nicest one I’ve been on. I enjoy early mornings and watching the sun come up. Being outside the rental was a waste and because the place is surrounded by 4 story condos, you will not see the sun until about 11 am. I committed for 5 weeks. This place is fine for a week.

Really nice location, clean and convenient!
Very good location near beach. Not much of a view since it is behind another unit but very clean, quiet and private. The owner responded quickly when we checked in. The walkway to beach is directly across the street and very convenient if you need to walk back for snacks during the day. Turn right out on Beach Drive and you are only minutes from the shops and plenty of places to eat. Would definitely go back!

Frighting first impression
The unit in front, street side is scary at first site. The unit I stayed in was behind the front house. The two houses are old beach houses from I suspect the 1940's. The unit was clean but had a funny smell. There was no hair dryer in the unit. Great location. Extra charge for early check in which is disappointing considering how much they charge for service fee.

Delusional Description-Buyer Beware
This "vintage beach house" is more like a shack, wedged in-between two new, multi-story, multi-million condos. Guest cannot view the beach or the very busy road that runs in front of the property (excluded from description btw). Guest will feel secluded and fearful in the dark driveway leading to the front door rather than the written description that says "WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A MILLION DOLLARS." Described as "brand new modern appliances" means 5-year-old, rusting, dirty dishwasher. The mice and cockroaches know when food touches any counter and leave guests their excrement as presents. Photos taken. Rat traps around the exterior property explained the ongoing roof scratching noises each of the 4 nights. The "best value" claim is questionable. Calls to numerous waterfront properties was easy!!! The laminate flooring doesn't even meet the wall! I could go on - Shame on you VRBO!

Everything about the facility was clean and well supplied. I wish they provided dish towels and a couple extra bath towels. It’s not a resort, but quite comfortable. I’d stay again.

Perfect vacation
Absolutely loved staying here. Location was the best. You are right across the street from the beach and walking distance to town. The unit was perfect. 2 bedroom 1 bath full kitchen and great large screen tv in living room. This is our new happy place and will be coming back

The inside of this little vintage cottage was adorable and cozy. Walking distance to the beach and little town! We never drove anywhere once here!! Great stay!! Manager very helpful and accommodating!

Can't Beat This Location
The house has such a convenient location that is right across the street from the last public beach access area. This makes the side of the beach you're on not as busy as others. The house had beach chairs available to use as well. They only give you one roll of toilet paper though. When asked if there were any extra rolls in the house they just said it doesn't come with the package, which we thought was odd since there were two rolls of paper towels. There were also ants around the sink every morning. Our stay was wonderful though! I'd stay there again, just bring more TP next time 😄

Beach House Paradise
Perfect spot within steps to the beach which is super quiet and feels like you are in your own oasis... Short distance to town square village with all the shops and restaurants... House was fully stocked with everything needed... Will stay again!

Sweet Siesta
We had a really nice time during our three night stay. We had a little trouble finding the unit as it is in the back of the street and we couldn’t find an address. The walk from the unit to the start of the beach is close, however the walk from the beach to the water is quite long, but we made it. I would recommend bringing a cart if you have a lot of things to carry. The unit is beautiful and well-kept. During our visit there was not additional toilet paper so we went out and bought some. We were thinking there might be some in the unit for when we run out. Overall, it was a beautiful stay in a beautiful home.

For this price there’re way better choices
The property manager is extremely condescending and unprofessional . The listing is not very clear with the pricing and once you question extra charges his responses become very rude. Even though it’s listed 4 people house, you have to pay 20$/day if it’s more then 2 people. Not even mentioning that we got charged for my husbands SERVICE animal witch is not only against Vrbo policy but also illegal. Also, I believe if you charge extra for 1 year old , at least you should provide pack and play or other place for him to sleep. Even though I mentioned that in our conversation, the manager responded “I’ll set everything up but you’ll have to pay extra”. We had to rush and buy it ourselves. The house provides no extra linen set or at least 1 extra towel. Other then that , location is nice , close to the beach. Property have been recently renovated and everything looks clean, but couch and floors were quite sandy when we moved in.

Yes, cute little bungalow within walking distance to the village
I loved our stay at this cute bungalow It is right across the street to beach access. Loved that it came with beach chairs and cooler. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets were so soft. The kitchen came well stocked. We spent a lot of time sitting outside in the covered area. We loved our stay

Our experience from being at this place for 2 weeks.
Clean and neat but a number of things could have been better. 1) installation of non stick mat in bathtub. Tub was extremely slippery and we had to ask for this which didn’t come right away. 2) more silverware and towels needed. There was only a few towels and spoons/forks/ and for three people we were constantly needing additional ones. 3) closet door in queen bed room we found broken when we arrived. 4) toaster did not work 5) there was a microwave and NON microwaveable plates provided in the cup board. 6) misleading footage to Gulf in Vrbo advertisement and loud cars going past at night. 7) way over priced … too many additional costs included in the stay.

Labor Day vacay
The house is quaint. Clean. The shower is fantastic! Beds are a bit old and need new mattresses but weren’t terrible. We expected 100” to the beach. It’s actually 100” feet to the public access across the street. Still not too far but not as expected from photos. Over all we liked it. I do recommend it. Just be sure you understand it is not a single house. It is across the street from public beach access. And it’s small.

Perfect Location!
This property is a perfect location on Siesta Key Beach. Very Close to the beach, excellent outdoor area to enjoy with family and friends. I will rent this again the next time in Siesta Key no question.
