Thank you for your feedback , we are happy you enjoyed the historical caracter and original frescoes of your room. Our air conditioned system is regularly working and we regret not be promptly informed to assist you to check and set the unit in your room for a comfortable sleep. We are available 24hours and it is always disappointing when we are not given immediately the opportunity to address eventual issues to guarantee a very pleasant stay to our guests and not receive an avoidable negative comment . All our guests are allowed to drive to the front of the hotel to unload and load your luggage 24/24 , then the car must then be parked in one of the parkings just outside the walls about 300-400 meters walk: free parking are also available near by. An elevator is available from parking lot to walk back to the hotel. We recommend all our guests to read and follow detailed instructions received with confirmation email. Also, an automatic sending of an extra message with parking info is active on Expedia after received your confirmation. It is also very useful to watch our youtube video available on our web site or just googling "driving to hotel antico pozzo" We are also available 24hours over the phone and whatsapp for any assistance to get to the hotel We thank you for being our guest and look forward to welcome you at L'Antico Pozzo Emanuele

This year, due to the bad and cold weather, the scheduled seasonal switch to air conditioning was postponed to mid-June because many guests were still asking for heating ( the temperature was between 12-20 C° and it changed suddenly from one day to the next) Probably during your stay the air conditioning hadn't been activated yet and I much regret that you had to endure an uncomfortable temperature. Dear Guest, we were waiting for your review and we thank you for your precious time to share your feedback. We regret that your room was not according to your expectations, it is always disappointing when one of our guests is not satisfied with his experience at L'Antico Pozzo. I would like to inform you that we have no king-size beds in the hotel; there is no booking channel reporting that we have this type of bed since all our double beds are queen cm160x200. The quadruple room you booked has a queen bed of 160x200 + 2 singles, is 34 squared meters and is one of the most requested rooms for comfort , however, since you were in 3 people, we removed a bed to allow you to have more space with the intention that you would have appreciated. We do our best to assist our guests and it is disappointing to know that you have felt an our hostile attitude, it was surely not our intention. I hope this does not refer to our attempts to clarify to you that room was not paid in advance, as was stated in your booking documents. I would like to assure you that, unlike many hotels, we never charge the amount of the reservation in advance; the cancellation policy is 3 days and the payment is always made at check-out directly with the guest. Our sincere hope is to once again be able to serve you in the manner that you expect and that you will return to our hotel once again in the future. Best regards L'Antico Pozzo
