Great hotelPosted 14-Aug-2014
Our experience with Heritage Suites was lovely. From the stress-free pick-up at the airport, to the warm welcome by the ever-welcoming staff, to the luxurious suite, and the delicious free breakfasts, we really could not have asked for a better stay.

Nice hotel but overpricedPosted 4-Aug-2014
The hotel has very nice rooms and the service is great but having stayed in many boutique hotels across Asia, this one failed to deliver on having that little bit extra that would make it stand above the ordinary and justify its price tag. Coupled with an extremely mediocre kitchen and restaurant that charged US$7 for a bottle of water, I would recommend finding better value for money.

Best hotel we have stayed in!Posted 2-Apr-2014
Fantastic experience with very private rooms and the small touches that raise this hotel head and shoulders above the competition not only in Siem Reap but in SE Asia. The staff were attentive and provided great service. Really a hidden gem. Well done to Magnus and all the staff on a fantastic hotel.

stay at this hotelPosted 2-Mar-2014 on Hotels.com
Excellent Hotel. Excellent service. Magnus and his staff makes all the difference giving a personnel service and making this the best hotel we have stayed in at Siem Reap. Attention to detail is second to none, Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Bungalow we had was spacious with great attention to detail. Food and presentation is excellent. Because of the service we had throughout our stay here - we will book this hotel again when we return. Do yourself a favour - pay the extra and stay here - it really is worth it.

holiday to Siem ReapPosted 28-Feb-2014 on Hotels.com
Outstanding Luxurious Hotel. Magnus Olovson the Manager and all the staff provided genuine respect, commitment and service throughout our stay there, from the personnel greeting on our arrival to looking after us throughout our time there - they made all the difference compared to other Hotels in Siem Reap. The bungalow suite we stayed in was great - spacious and extremely well equipped. Food and service was excellent. Do yourself a favour and book this hotel - it really is very good value for money and nothing at all is too much trouble for the staff. Next time in Siem Reap this is the only place we will go. Magnus see you next time - thanks again.

A beautiful boutique hotel expereincePosted 4-Feb-2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is situated in a lovely tropical garden setting. The staff are welcoming and provide excellent service. While small, which we really enjoyed, the hotel offers all the amenities of a high quality property. We were in a room which was very comfortable and well appointed. The only suggestion I would make would be to have more comfortable chairs in the rooms for seating. I do not think this is an issue in the suites. Every other aspect of the hotel, including the unique and eye catching architecture was quite remarkable. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous and very relaxing.

Good location for local charm.Posted 3-Feb-2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed here at the end of a tour having stayed at Raffles the evening before. We enjoyed this hotel very much and thought the staff excellent and accommodating in every way. While the surrounding neighborhood is not elegant we enjoyed it very much as we experienced more of the local culture. I especially enjoyed walking in the local Wat which would not be on any tour agenda.

Excellent Hotel To StayPosted 29-Jan-2014
Pros: Staffs and Food
Cons: Cost of Food and Tour.
Location: Location is outside of tourist area but close enough to walk or take Tuk Tuk.
We have a great time staying at Heritage Suites Hotel in January 2014. Staffs are highly attentive with sincere, honest, and friendly personality. Breakfast is amazing with cook-to-order menu of western and local cuisines. Food at restaurant is wonderful. We also use in-house tour agency, Heritage adventures. They did a great job organizing our temple and floating village visits. We also like the location of this hotel where it is outside of busy and noisy tourist area.

We stayed three nights at Heritage Suites and felt very cared for in all regards. Warm greetings. Small hotel so staff quickly knew us. Even had tuktuk driver who gave us repeated friendlyservice. Staff were very warm. Tour guide one day and driver were excellent. Angkor Wat area definitely worth visiting. Sunrise at Angkor Wat crazy with tourists but fun.
