Best hotel we have stayed in!Posted 2-Apr-2014
Fantastic experience with very private rooms and the small touches that raise this hotel head and shoulders above the competition not only in Siem Reap but in SE Asia. The staff were attentive and provided great service. Really a hidden gem. Well done to Magnus and all the staff on a fantastic hotel.

Excellent Hotel To StayPosted 29-Jan-2014
Pros: Staffs and Food
Cons: Cost of Food and Tour.
Location: Location is outside of tourist area but close enough to walk or take Tuk Tuk.
We have a great time staying at Heritage Suites Hotel in January 2014. Staffs are highly attentive with sincere, honest, and friendly personality. Breakfast is amazing with cook-to-order menu of western and local cuisines. Food at restaurant is wonderful. We also use in-house tour agency, Heritage adventures. They did a great job organizing our temple and floating village visits. We also like the location of this hotel where it is outside of busy and noisy tourist area.

We stayed three nights at Heritage Suites and felt very cared for in all regards. Warm greetings. Small hotel so staff quickly knew us. Even had tuktuk driver who gave us repeated friendlyservice. Staff were very warm. Tour guide one day and driver were excellent. Angkor Wat area definitely worth visiting. Sunrise at Angkor Wat crazy with tourists but fun.

We loved the hotel, especially the staff. The drinks were reasonably priced, and the breakfast was very good. Always a staff member smiling and there to help with anything you may need.

The perfect choicePosted 21-Nov-2013
Pros: You fell a stong will to do well in that hotel. They are professional Thanks to all of them
Cons: The mattresses was a bit soft in my point of view
Location: Perfect location
Very good manadgement so the heritage was for us the perfect choice. The food is must to enjoy since you will find a well balance menu in between French and Asian inspiration. As well a place to enjoy drinks ,the wine selection is matching with the menu and prices are From far the most affordable you will have in Asia.

Great boutique hotel!Posted 14-Nov-2013
Lovely Relais and Chateaux off the main hotel strip of Siem Reap. Only a short tuk-tuk ride to downtown. Great rooms, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Free airport transfers too!

Perfect hotel at AngkorPosted 7-Nov-2013
Pros: Small size and elegant ambiance. Pool area.
Location: Near the monuments (although not walking distance but all or most hotels are not) and a short and inexpensive yuk-tuk ride to excellent restaurants.
Small luxurious property, although good value, providing welcome respite after hours of touring world-famous sites. Enjoy a dip in the pool and a cool drink after visiting Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom and other major monuments! Rooms are spacious and relaxing, particularly bungalow suites.

Heritage Suites met all of our expectations. The hotel was an excellent boutique venue to stay at for a visit Angkor Wat. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Siam Reap. The vintage cars that pick you up at the airport are a nice touch.

Absolutely divine!Posted 21-Oct-2013 on Hotels.com
From the moment I sat down in the Mercedes Benz at the airport to when my foot touched ground outside the fantastic villa hotel, I couldn't believe my luck. This hotel is absolutely the best that Siem Reap has to offer for an intimate, boutique experience. The staff are completely helpful and kind, and the grounds of the hotel are simply stunning. I was lucky enough to stay in the Chau Tevoda suite and it was enormous. With a king bed, private steam room, indoor/outdoor shower, and glorious lofted ceilings, I felt like a queen. Aside from the hotel, the food at the restaurant was delicious, at every meal. From made-to-order breakfast to the simple appetizers and snacks, all the way down to the entrees and deserts, my tastebuds were loving it. I highly recommend this hotel for couples -- very romantic. The setting is very quiet and serene, really a paradise within an already peaceful city.
