The staff at Borei Angkor are the main reason that we are giving this property an "excellent" rating. They were so friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble for them, Ms Seyha and Mr Bunna (our chauffeur) need a special mention. The hotel rooms are very spacious, beautifully decorated in the local style and the bathroom even had a claw foot tub! The breakfast spread was amazing. Overall a real five star experience without the usual five star arrogance and price point. What is not to like!! I would definitely stay here again for any future visit.

This property was beautifully manicured, clean & the staff was amazing. Breakfast was great with a variety of local and international options. Response to an issue (tv remote was not working) was instant. O my birthday I was pleasantly surprised with a cake and beautifully decorated bed! The spa impressively accommodated my 8:30am request for a massage by 9:40am. I highly recommend this property

We loved our stay at Borei Angkor Hotel and Spa! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the property was absolutely beautiful. We also booked an amazing walking tour of Angkor Wat through the hotel. And the spa is incredible! We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful decor. Room furnishings were beautiful and room was spacious. Could use more dresser drawers. Bed was more firm than I would prefer.

Very nice old style hotel with dark rich woodwork. Helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. The tour desk was exceptional and set things up for us with guides and tuktuk, and very useful advice. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Thank you.

Spent two nights here January 2024. Immediately booked another stay for next week. Room with pool view was beautiful and very clean. Bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and just the right amount of pillows. Spa was amazing, it’s like a Roman bathhouse, women and men are separate. Staff were extremely kind and service was exceptional. My wife had a massage and had her nails done, she absolutely loved our time there. This is definitely my spot in Siem Reap and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. Friendly, attentive and welcoming. The hotel itself is close enough to everything but not noisy. The breakfast is delicious with a good range of options for different preferences. The pool area is lovely and the gym is fantastically equipped and the wifi is fast.

Great place to stay while exploring the Angkor Wat complex. It’s not near the Pub St which was a positive point for my family. Great 5 star amenities and very attentive and service oriented staff. My wife is gluten intolerant and they accommodated all our meals.

Excellent resort for family
Unfortunately we didn’t stay more than 2 nights. But the hotel, staff and cleanness were perfect. We enjoyed the pool, the big Gym and breakfast. All the staff were amazing. They helped us get the transports we needed and were always helpful from the guard to the tuck tyk drivers to reception to bell boy. We shall return

My stay here was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The helped set up any tours, dinners, or shopping that I wanted to do. The onsite restaurant was excellent. The decor in the hotel is worthy of 5 stars. Just an amazing stay
