“Great hotel”
This hotel is quite new-is open just 8 months but is very nice, location, rooms and the swiming pool are are excelent. Just few things about the service, staff is little bit confused with your questions and housekeeping knocked on our door at 8 AM twice when we were sleeping. This hotel looks like 5 star but service is 4 star. Overal experience is very good and I can recomend i to everybody who like quit place for relax and visiting the temples.
“Good Hotel”
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was also good and reasonably priced. onlt thing was the hotel was slightly far from the town. however it was well maintained and served a good breakfast
“Brand new with staff eager to please”
Pros: Brand new hotel with ample room, bath and shower space. Free room upgrade. Enough water pressure/hot water. Thick towels. Staff all smiling, friendly and eager to help. Communication not a problem. Swimming pool/day beds (beautiful orchids around it) gorgeous and usually empty. Restaurnt food/drinks in big portions/very reasonable price. Cons: Cleanliness is a 4 because of ants in the bathroom. Service procedures differ from the usual international 5-star hotels in some details. Hard mattress. Breakfast is crowded when there're big tour groups (but can get a table in the veranda to get some peace). Don't recommend the Spa though; sound proofing is not good so you don't get the "relaxed" experience.
“Great Hotel Amazing Prices!”
i can not fin a single thin i did not like about this hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful ready to help with whatever they could! great food at very affordable prices! had a great time!
“A lovely stay and getaway”
we just stayed at angkor miracle for 4 nights and it was lovely. it was clean, well-managed, relaxing, spacious and good value. easy to get transport into the busier town area and the temples in angkor. also nice, clean swimming pool.
“Nice and quiet”
For all those people who like a room away from the hustle, this is the right place. A tuk tuk from hotel to pub street takes about 20 minutes, and tuk-tuks are cheap. The hotel also has a shuttle service which we never used. The rooms have most modern facilities, very clean, new. Morning breakfast was also ok. We had an early monring flight back and the hotel staff had packed excellent vegetarian breakfast for us. Staff was very helpful and understanding. They never said 'no', and did all they committed. The spa service was little overpriced compared to city, but very helpful after a full day tour of temples. We enjoyed staying at this place and was excellent value for money. Cheers to the hotel staff!
“Cambodia, Laos , Borneo....using Expedia”
A little out of town but very comfortable. clean and well maintained. Great pool and spa and surroundings. We would stay their again.
“Great find - Will be back”
All staff from the front desk, the restaurant, spa and maids were very friendly and helpful. Language at the front desk and restaurant was not an issue while the maids knew sufficient English to understand any of our requests. The room was large, clean and well maintained. The breakfasts catered for all tastes as there were over 13 hot dishes, not to mention an egg corner, two different noodle corners, sushi, breads, pastry, cereal, salad and pastry sections with a large selection of pastries and Cambodian sweets. There was more than enough quality food every morning with some changes to the selection for those who like to try different foods. We also had several dinners at the Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa and again we were very impressed with the quality of the food w while the price was similar to the better class down town restaurants. We have previously travelled to many other places around the world and were pleasantly surprised by quality and service at the Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa. The pool was very clean as was the Spa. I enjoy a massage and quickly realised that the Spa offered a better service than I could find down town as a similar price. The only disadvantage was the distance from the city centre. Although there are several resorts nearby that also provide quality food, it is too far to walk to the city centre and either a taxi (around US$8 each way) or tut-tut (around US6-8 return) is required.
“Angkor Miracle”
Angkor Miracle was rated a 4 star hotel but was just as nice as the 5 star hotel we booked in Thailand. Beautiful hotel with new ammenities. The bed was a little hard compared to western standards but what you would expect in Asia. The salt water pool is very inviting after a long day viewing the temples. The breakfast buffet was the nicest we had on our entire vacation. It included Western and Asian items with a noodle station, omlette station, and lots of fresh fruit. Try the green bean juice. It doesn't sound good but was really yummy. On our second day a tour bus came through and the buffet was really crowded in the morning. The staff was slow to bus tables, but there was always fresh food on the buffet. The location is a little far from Siem Reap but was also quieter.
“Nice and new”
Great new hotel.Staff are very helpfully and service is great more of a 5 star hotel standard. Thank you great stay great pool and good facilities
