The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The facilities at this hotel are very good. Breakfast exceeded expectations. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The only down side was that it is located near railroad tracks and the trains run quite often so it is noisy through the night.

The reception person was excellent. Very cheerful and efficient. The only issue was a train track close by making noise through the night.

We arrived late in the evening and as a Gold Member we asked for a late checkout. The front desk told us 12pm would be ok instead of 11am. Received a call at 7:30am telling us we needed to vacate at 11am and that the 12pm no longer worked for them. Extremely unprofessional.

Staff was very courteous and kind. Rooms we nice and basically clean. Shower tap needed some work and carpet smelled a bit musty but overall a good stay.

The hotel is connected to a mall, which we were unaware of, but fine with. We were able to get our morning walks in, inside the mall every day. Upon check-in, we asked about the pool and hot tub and were told they haven't had a hot tub for many years and the pool was closed due to maintenance. The pool was closed for our entire week stay, which was a disappointment. The pool area is also filled with windows and entire pool area can be seen from the parking lot, which was also strange. Breakfast was till 9 am, but every day, they would start packing up the food a good 10-15 minutes before 9 am. Rooms had comfortable beds, but needed updating. The bathrooms could have used a better cleaning. There were soap/ shampoo spots on the plastic ceiling of the shower that could have come off with a cleaning. Overall, it was an OK stay, if you're not expecting much.

Receptionist was very rude upon arrival. Phone in room didn’t work. Nothing done about it. Cars kept us up all night doing donuts in the parking lot. Nothing done about it. Kids were running up and down the halls screaming during the day. Nothing done about it. I’ve been staying here for over 20 years but this might be my last visit. Very disgusted.

There was only one concierge and about 10 people waiting to check in. I felt bad for her. I payed for 2 queen Beds and I got doubles. There were a lot of kids running around late.

Well tv remote didn't work at all and it is connected to a mall of nothing. Was very disappointed with it. The service was good and the pool was nice however the fitness center machines also did not work. Rooms were clean but was disappointed with things there cause was hoping to go the mall but no stores were open it was all closed down.
