Hockey trip
It was a very nice stay and we were there for hockey games and the Hotel was so nice to give us a late check out and that was the best. Thanks for being so caring,

This was the best hotel stay we've had in a very long time! As a former food & beverage manager at a Best Western Plus in Kalispell MT for 4-1/2 years, I was very impressed by the breakfast. Preparing a full hot breakfast for the guests was my job 5 days a week. Your hotel breakfast has a great presentation, great variety, very clean and fresh. I understand that the hotel is under new ownership. I urge you to rely on your current staff to help you maintain the excellence I experienced on Dec 10-11 2023!

Robert, We are always very happy to clean stayover rooms daily when it is requested by the guest. If it is not requested, we enter every third day. This is explained at check in and the welcome letter left in your guest room. We are very happy to hear you enjoyed the breakfast we offer.

I have stayed here several times while in Sidney for work. I usually stay at least 6-9 days at a time. I would not stay anywhere else- they have the best staff, breakfast, and rooms. The property is always clean as is the pool and hot tub. The showers are good and the bed is comfortable.

Disappointed
The reason we picked this facility was for the pool and hot tub. When we arrived we learned both were out of service. Also, no daily maid service.

Nice place.
The motel itself is good. The staff is great. The breakfast is good. The only downside is no daily maid service. Not the end of the world but inconvenient.

Our stay at this hotel was very nice. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Breakfasts were very good. It was nice to see what was being served on the board by the breakfast room. And there was always the choice of waffles! Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were quite spacious and the whole place was very clean. Nice complimentary breakfast. Only downfall was lack of parking.
