My stay at the blue ball was really good,beyond anything that u would expect as good service! The rooms are good size and well furnished and u have tea, coffee etc and home made cookies! The staff were great, looking after us with food cooking near time of close and early breakfast, I recommend this completely.perfect. Gregg white. / surrey

Hard bed....
The blue ball inn is very nice,the only thing we found was the bed was very hard.... Breakfast could of been abit better as in cheap sausages and bacon. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Being so close to our home we enjoy just a short break without too much travel. Brilliant car park, though we do not have a dog, it is dog friendly. Good menu. Room a bit claustrophobic as facing onto main road the windows were closed plus secondary glazing. . We like our windows open with fresh air. It got a bit hot and airless. Lovely clean bed, towels and bathroom. Good powerful shower. Good quality complimentary soaps etc. could have done with a place to put things like make up etc. also Power sockets were not in right place to plug hair dryer in to see in the wardrobe mirror. An old pub burnt down and rebuilt perfectly but modern things like sockets so important. As for Wi-Fi…oops complicated and not successful on a couple of our appliances. Other than these little snags we really enjoyed our short stay of three nights, welcomed by the staff who were very stretched due to staff shortages.
