This is a fine hotel and I would stay here again. The only negative I experienced was at their restaurant. The hotel obviously takes in groups and all up it took 1¼ hours to get my main course. Service at the hotel was efficient and friendly. Reception was especially helpful. There is a Green Bus bus stop right opposite the hotel.

Golden tulip ana tower
Place was clean and cozy. Staff were nice. It's a simple and clean hotel within a few minutes walk to the christmas market.

Nice hotel in a pleasant town
The hotel is fine and well located. Friendly service and clean room. A coffee / tea spot in the room could have made a big difference rather than climbing to the restaurant in the 11th floor.

Double booking that never existed
When I checked in I was told by the hotel that I have two bookings on my name for the same stay. We agreed that since payment was made for two rooms I will stay the next night. I changed my planes accordingly but on the next evening they told me there was a mistake and I DO have to pay for the second night. Obviously at that time of the day I couldn't travel, and had to pay them for that stay

Swimming pool spa sauna is not included, they want extra money to use any of these services. Bed had stains on it hard to get someone to get some clean sheets. Besides the view at breakfast this is more like 3 star

Very good and clean hotel.
It is a very good hotel. Clean and convenient. The WiFi works fine. However, there is only one cup in my room. I have to use it for drinks and tooth brushing. It is better to have two cups per person.

Given the conditions imposed by the pandemic, this was a nice stay. Breakfast is fresh, and served in the restaurant (bring your mask!). Staff speaks English and Italian from what I personally witnessed. Room service is reduced; ask for supplies in advance. Parking is on the street; a bit frustrating but usually relatively close by if multiple cars are parked. Location: within a walking approx 1 mile from downtown at Piata Mare and Piata Mica entrance from the walls of the fortress. Warm water and non-smoking rooms are available. Foreign TV channels appreciated. AC/ heat to customize. Three (3) elevators. My only recommendation is for the management to instal hand rails and lighting on the stairs for those who would like to use them; in case of emergency they can also prevent falls. I plan to return here. My room was an executive size.

Very clean, shows signs of aging.
Hotel is okay. Cracked bathroom sink, shower flooded outside of stall, awkward seating furniture, but always very clean. My partner and I have stayed here a few times for business and pleasure, and the male host is constantly sour and unhelpful. The hostesses are pleasant. Breakfast was cold, but okay. I’ll stay again, but only when on sale.

The hotel was really nice. The room was great. Breakfast was impressive, so many delicious options. We where so glad to find a room that weekend. The only issue was when we came in to check in the person at the front desk seemed annoyed that I already booked my room thru Travelocity. But thru the check in process he changed his tune and became pleasant.

The town surronding the hotel is absolutely amazing. However, the stay at the hotel was not. The room we received seemed clean however the bathroom had not been cleaned, and there was black mold in the shower. When we went to the front desk to express some concern and brought up how even the room we booked did not match the room we received the man working the desk was extremely rude and confrontational with us. We simply stated our concerns and the front desk attendant essentially told us there was nothing for him to do and we were complaining for no reason. Save your money, book somewhere else.

Breakfast on the 11th Floor was Stunning
I was hesitant to book a contemporary high rise hotel in Sibiu but this hotel won me over with its classy, contemporary design and fun art work. We loved starting each day at the great breakfast buffet on the 11th floor overlooking Sibiu and the distant mountains...stunning. It was a very convenient walk to the old city.

The hotel was overpriced. The hotel needs some serious updating and better management. Personnel seemed to be mismanaged and unhappy. Breakfast was ok but not great.
