“Not impressed”

I was a little bit disappointed with this hotel. The service was below average. The food was expensive without being anything special. Location however is not to bad if you are travelling on the motorway.

“Hotel requires upgrade”

bed rooms and beds very poor, staff nice and helpfull but that does not make up for a poor room, Peter. very poor value for money !!

“In need of serious renovation”

The Park Inn in Telford was probably OK when it was first built! However, single glazing, lining paper falling from the ceiling, old army blankets and having to fight to keep a spare toilet roll in the bathroom are not what I expect from a 3-star business hotel!
