My first stay was very easy and convenient. I left to stay in Long Branch Texas and returned a day later to stay another night. They supposedly could not find my reservation until I showed them my confirmation number, then all of the sudden found it and gave me the wrong room. I reserved a double bed room and they gave me a king bed handicap room. I served the purpose but I felt they gave me whatever to satisfy my reservation.

Not entirely worth the money- The bed made noises when one tossed and turned, and the heater was too loud. The breakfast was very nice. The best thing about this place is the location, right next to the airport. Also, the beds are not queen as advertised- they are FULL. Overall, the room looked dated- I gladly would have paid $79.99 and given it more stars. But $150(tax included? -no. You have to do better than that.

Terrible experience
After calling the hotel multiple times it took somebody 45 minutes to pick me up at the airport along with another gentleman. When I got my room key, I went up to the room and there was already somebody there. In the morning when I went to take a shower, no hot water. They were booked full and after a half an hour manage to find a room for me. after a 10 hour trip this did not help. I actually want a refund.

Front desk staff needs training.
This was a weird encounter. I tried to check in at 1:00pm, I was told to come back after 3:00, which is the posted time of check-in, so ok. I returned at 5:30pm, staff claimed they were booked up & I had no room, yet I prepaid to get the posted rate. Once I provided receipt, they miraculously found my room. Carpet was wet, very wet and tile floor in bathroom was sticky. Front desk staff was preoccupied most of the time and had a difficult time finding details in the computer. Breakfast attendant did a good job and was friendly. Maintenance personnel was friendly.

When I checked in the said I didn’t pay. After I showed them that I paid, then they said there wasn’t a room. Went back and forth for 30 minutes then she found me a room. Room was dirty, carpet was old and the closet door has a broken mirror door. Then the next day on the 4th they charged me 250 for the room. Now I have to go and fight to get the money back. It was a horrible stay and experience in the hotel. The flight was good.

Our stay was great. I just wish there was room service everyday without having to request it. Also, we asked for a few fresh towels (not a full set) and didn't receive them.

The fire alarm was malfunctioning and could not be fixed throughout the hotel. It went off continuously. Their were homeless people sleeping along the fence of the property. There were flies all over the breakfast. The room smelled like cat piss. It was horrible!

Was traveling home needed a quiet place to sleep after a long drive from GA, and we got what we wanted too with so much more comfortable bed but the sleeping side was not so comfortable for my son but he slept. Breakfast was amazing!!

Location was good. Close to the airport, however the internet did not work for two of the three days I was there. I had to go to a public library to facilitate my zoom meetings. Second, they say the rooms were supposed to be cleaned every other day but my room was never cleaned. Nice hotel though

Clean, comfortable and relaxing - free airport shuttle was a great convenience, and the shuttle driver was kind and courteous. I will stay here again when visiting my son in Shreveport because of its location right by the airport.

The room smelled of marijuana and it was the last room. The couch was stained dirty badly. I got in shower and the previous guest soap was still in the shower. The toilet seat was broken and the tub hot water knob broken and leaking when trying to fill it. When I called front desk they said it was last room available. They knew because all drawers were open airing them out. Mildew smelled in room and bathroom had no fan which explains why.

A nice Stay-cation after a Stornadocane
Due to a massive storm system that took out 90% of Shreveport, I got lucky and was able to book a room for two nights. it was such a nice stay and Carmary was extremely friendly and checked in on me regularly. I had very few room complaints. The Coffee maker in the room (226) didn't seem to work, the light didn't want to come on, or stay on, and I had to push down hard on the 'start' button. It did work but just had to wait. I let her know. I did forget to mention the water damage to the ceiling as you walk in the door. No active leak, but something recent I think.
