“pleasantly surprised”

We stayed at Silver Creek Inn for one night. We got two clean beds. There was breakfast. The room was clean. They brought a crib for our son. The shower head felt like a deluge which I appreciated. The staff was very friendly. The price was about 60% of the other places we saw. For your basic room we thought it was great.

“1st stop in Taylor”

If you are looking for a nice, inexpensive place to stay in the Snowflake/ Taylor AZ area, this is a good place to go. Yes, the door was locked at 2 am when I arrived and I had to stand in the cold while paperwork was completed. But I was quickly in my room. It was plain. The furniture was adequate, the beds were pretty good, and the water was hot. The tv worked fine. There weren't too many other guests, so the room was quiet. Was it the Taj Mahal? No way, but it was totally worth the price I paid to stay two nights with my wife and adult daughter. It is an awesome value and a good place to stay.

Great hotel. It was clean and comfortable. They were very helpful about the area and about making sure my needs were met. The room was clean which i have been in more expensive hotels that couldn't even manage that! I would recommend this hotel! They offer an full breakfast which unfortuneatly i was unable to take advantage of due to my early departure too!

“Nice place to stop, but very cold!”

We enjoyed the Silver Creek Inn and found the room comfortable despite the 19-degree temperature outside. The thermostat on the heating unit seemed to have a mind of it's own though, sometimes making the room too hot and other times too cold. The free hot breakfast with sausage and eggs was very good.

“Clean and Comfortable”

The hotel seems to be fairly new, and has spacious rooms. This is not a 5-star hotel, but it is clean and comfortable.

THE BED WAS SO FIRM MY HUSBAND & I DIDN'T SLEEP ALL NIGHT. WE WERE SO SORE ALL OVER, WE CUT OUR TRIP SHORT AND LEFT A DAY EARLY. ALTHOUGH THE BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING WAS BETTER THAN MOST. THEY CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD 3 TIMES AND WE HAD TO GET THEM TO CREDIT BACK THE MONEY THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE CHARGED. MANAGEMENT WAS REALLY KIND AND CORRECTED ERRORS WITHIN 2 DAYS. NEXT TIME I WILL ASK FOR A BETTER BED.

“Did not care for”

The room was large enough. The floors had not been vaccumed, there was a used coffee ground pack in the coffee maker, the air conditioner had mold so it could not use it because it caused difficulty in breathing, the bedding was thin/worn, had difficulty going to sleep because of the thin walls (could hear the TV and guests talking from the adjoining rooms), there is no landscaping- the motel sits on an open lot.
