Nice hotel close to Dongmen Pedestrian Street.Posted 9-Sep-2014
Pros: Location and reasonably room rate
Cons: Facilities need to upgrade especailly water pressure at bathroom
Location: Shopping and foods
The location was fantastic, easy access through Subway and close to famous shoping heaven - Dongmen , Pedestrian street, the overall stay quite Okay, but the facilities in the hotel need to improve, especially the furniture need to replace and the water pressure was very low.

My experience at ZTL LuohuPosted 3-Aug-2014
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: 1. Reception staff should be able to communicate in English. 2. TV remote control should have English wordings - currently it is all in Chinese.
Location: Readily accessible to shopping malls and F&B establishments.
Convenient location. Reception staff not so friendly and hardly speak English. Housekeeping staff friendly and helpful. In particular, Ms Eva was very helpful to resolve my wifi internet connection. My only regret with Expedia is that you have processed my Singapore Dollar transaction from an overseas location resulting in me having to incur additional processing fee on my credit card bill.

Nice LocationPosted 5-Jul-2014
Pros: Room Cleanliness and Hotel location
Cons: staff working attitude and room facilities (air-con, bath room...etc)
Location: few step away from favorites shopping area (lau Jie Street). Convenience to whom like to shopping
Nice location, few steps away from Metro Station. However, room facilities and staff working attitude need to further improve.

Never againPosted 29-Jun-2014
Chose this hotel based on friend's recommendation. Was really disappointed with this hotel as it's really old n needs a facelift badly. The only plus side is that it's next to a subway and next to the walking street. Will probably stay the new hotel next door since it's price diff is only 150rmb.

Very convenient hotelPosted 25-May-2014
Location: Shopping and eating is convenient around this hotel.
Hotel has a very good location above the MTR. On the shopping belt and convenient. Front desk is not very efficient though.

Good locationPosted 30-Mar-2014
Pros: Excellent location! It's near to Laojie metro station. We took metro subway to SEG electronic mall and Luohu
Cons: Free wifi is slow n often disconnects and unable to download pictures. It'll be great if network is better.
Location: Hotel is central to shopping and metro. Restaurants and eateries nearby. Shopping is great. But need to bargain.
Formally it was known as Days inn hotel . Now changed to ZTL hotel. We've previously stayed here before. So this is our 3rd time staying here. Bed is comfortable and soft. Room is carpeted . However no mineral water provided.

This was our 2nd stay at the ZTL and we were not disappointed. Now this is not a 4 star hotel but it is a really nice and clean place to stay and is in a great location. We consider it a great deal for the money. We will stay there again in the future.

Old room, weird aircon smell but good locationPosted 20-Nov-2013 on Hotels.com
Considering the price, it is good if all you are asking is a clean bed, quick access to subways and cheap shopping. Will not stay more than 1 or 2 days. Room and bathroom are fairly old. Main issue is the aircon has a weird smell, internet is flaky.
Near to metroPosted 30-Oct-2013
Pros: Next to metro thats all.
Location: Near to DONG MEN STREET
Hotel checkin not pleasant or helpful, requested for high floor and given room at 3rd floor when there are other high floors from 6th floor, basic hotel.

Value but c'mon, CHARGING for bottles of water??!Posted 20-Oct-2013
Good hotel. Central location. At checkout was charged for 2 bottles of water per day!! Ridiculous. Can't drink tap water and every other hotel I've ever stayed at in China gives you 2 bottles free. Not this one!
