Very strange experience... Overall it wasn't bad at all, but: no napkins and fruits in the room, no salt for bath (bath is big enough though), cold floor (carpet only around the bed), 3 lamps not working/blinking, cold food ordered from restaurant (delicious, but microwave oven in the room would be very appreciated) - all of these were far beyond our expectations about a hotel rated as a 5 star one. Still it was cheaper than a regular 5 star hotel. Kids summer camp located here is the last thing I'd like to have in my place of relaxing; and generally the place was a bit overcrowded. Doesn't it make sense to double the price and, what is most important, guests' feeling?
