Thieves - they will demand extra money!
On check in they demand extra money, then more money, then even more. Because of no cancellation policy I had to pay or lose the whole amount for two nights accommodation. Cost is ridiculous, staff very rude. If you use this hotel you will get robbed.

I notice this hotel gets a belting from some guests,.. not happy. Well i have stayed here three times now and for one reason. On my first visit i departed on my final morning heading across town and on to Yangshuo only to discover (20 minutes away) that i had left my passport, credit card and US$1000 hanging in my shoulder pouch from the b ack of a chair in my room. Panic,.. yes indeedie i did. But As i rushed sweating through the door and upto reception nearly an hour later the staff handed it to me with a huge smile. The cleaner had found it and handed it in,.. not a dollar missing and everything intact. So it is my first choice in Shenzhen. It proximatey to Louhu station (10 minute walk), the great street food across the road and a short walk to Dongmen Markets make the location fantastic. When i travel i want a shower, a bed, usually and air conditioner and the knowledge my stuff is safe. For the very small price they ask for a night i expect no more and often feel i received more.

Spent a night here as transit from Hong Kong to Guangzhou. The staff service level is relatively poor. We check into a room which has faulty aircon and also leaking water. Called staff to change room they mentioned no rooms left at this category and said if need to change have to Topup. Went online and check rooms are still available. Frustrated and need not mentioned that we didn't had a good sleep that night.

Barely stay-able Hotel
The room was quite flimsy, electric plugs are falling out, place looks really good, bathroom is old, cleanliness is just ok. wouldn't stay there again unless other places are so full you have no choice.

The Worst Hotel ever!
I stayed here for three nights. The first room was complete disgrace!! Very dirty and old wrecked. After complaining, they - kindly!! - provided one of best room in which I will provide photos to see what's the best room means there! The WiFi only in lobby and very very slow. towels are worn and old. Bad smell of un-serviced air condition all over the place. Receptionists do not speak English. On site service for ... !! I will post images later on. The no go hotel!

Miss this hotel if possible
This hotel has been rated a 4 star hotel, i think that they should send someone there to check on this hotel. Fristly the staff can not speak even a little English so it is very difficult to ask for anything, had parcels delivered and when asked at the reception they did not understand me, had to get the people that sent the parcels to call them and tell them to give me my parcels. Secondly the room is terrible it smelt musky, had damp walls and pieces of the wall was falling off, it had a bed which was really hard, desk and chair, it did have a tv which had about 20 channels but none played any English shows, and was not cleaned nicely just made the bed and changed the towels. I would never go back to this hotel and at the time if we had extra money we would of left and went somewhere else, i am so glad i did not take my kids at the time they would of hated every moment. If you don't want you stay to be spoilt i suggest you ask for a better hotel. There is no way that this hotel can be classed as a 4 star in my eyes it is a 2 star hotel.

Being Gorgeous in Shenzhen
The hotel is in a good hussle and bussle location in the middle of everything. There could be some improvements in the amenities such as internet access but overall I feel is good value for your money. Staff always very friendly and try their best.

Flea Hotel - it's an hourly hotel for...
worst hotel I have ever encountered, come in so the room - it was discounting and filthy, left after 10 minutes. only + was the internet connection that got me booking a normal hotel. don't come near!

not the best hotel but great for the price
The room was clean enough and was well maintained. AC actually worked well. The bed was still a bit Chinese but relatively comfortable for an Asian hotel. The location was a bit confusing to get to on foot, but close to louhu port. I'm not sure that I'll stay there again, but might.

安いです。
窓なし客室でしたが、カビ臭さはそんなに気にならず。シャワーとトイレの間には、ガラスの仕切りがありましたが、扉はなく、半分ほど仕切られている感じ。値段並みと言った印象ですが、羅湖口岸まで歩いて15分で行けますので、移動日宿泊するにはちょうど良いです。

香港行きに便利で安い
香港への前後に窓なし部屋に泊まった。チェックイン時換気の為ドアは開いていたがやはりかび臭かった。 価格が安いのでにおい対策していけば問題なし。 連泊のベッドメイキングもしてくれていた。

エコノミーホテルが数軒並んで居るうちの１軒、周りにレストランも数点あります。 元々マンションをそのままホテルに改造したようなイメージ ツインの部屋でしたが、部屋和余裕ある広さ、窓は覆いをされて見えなくなっていました。 テレビ、ドライヤーも完備、冷蔵庫は有りませんでした。 ベッドも普通で良く眠れました。 シャワールーム、ちれが一緒で仕切りが無く、シャワー浴びるとしたがビシャビシャ、 備え付けサンダルが２足有りましたが、ダメな人には厳しいかもしれません。 寝るだけならコスパは良いです。

地下鉄の駅から近く便利
罗湖駅、口岸から近く、また繁華街（东门）から近く便利。しかし道が複雑なので行だけはタクシーで向かう事をお勧めします（1メータでいけます）。コンビニは隣にあり、脇の細い道に入れば食堂があり便利。 ホテルはそこそこ広く掃除もされており綺麗。ただホテルでゆっくりする、くつろぐという事はなく個人的にはただ寝るだけの宿として選んだため、この価格なら機会があればまた利用したいと思う。

一開門，便傳來陣陣的霉味，整晚都吹不散。牆身有霉菌，房間環境不算整潔。但以這個價錢可以住一晚，應該心中有數是怎樣的。相片同真實環境有距離，不要只看相就訂房。洗手間的花曬和馬桶很近，中間又沒有間隔，沖涼時一定會弄濕馬桶，之後如厠便有點不便。

安かったので期待していませんでした。 窓なしの部屋でしたが、照明は暗くなかった。 トイレとシャワーの床が続いていたので、濡れてしまいます。窓なしの部屋なので乾燥するのが遅い。 他の方も書かれてますが、地図の位置が違います。中国の地図で検索したほうが無難です。

房間整潔, 但馬桶不停塞, 沖不到廁, 屎水湧出, 好恐怖, 連最基本的沖水系統都不健全,不會再去這間酒店; 另外 HOTELS.COM 提供的酒店地圖完全錯誤, 害我找錯地方, 浪漫了個多小時 Horrible Toliet, won't go to this hotel again; and the map provided by Hotels.com is wrong (address shown in in the map is different from the register address of the hotel) , I spent extra 1.x hours for find the hotel as I went there with reference to the map provided, unfortunately, it is incorrect.

Very close to Luohu train station, took a cab there, got in and got out - it was that quick. The room was clean at the very least, had Wi-Fi in room. The bed was very hard. For the price it is what it is. Okay for budget minded people.

低料金だが清潔でCPに優れたホテル
３度目の宿泊。今回はスーペリアツインルームを予約。しかしながら、チェックイン時に予約が見つからないようで時間がかかった。また、ツインだと確認しながらキーを渡されたのはワンベッドのスーペリアルーム。一人旅なのでワンベッドで問題ないのだが、同料金なら一回り広いツインルームが好ましい。前回は窓なしの部屋であったが今回は窓付きの部屋。住宅しか見えないのだが、やはり開放感が違う。バスルームはトイレとの段差が無く本当に大丈夫か少々戸惑った。　他の方も指摘されているが、Hotels.comの地図は全くのデタラメなので要注意。このホテルの最寄り駅は羅湖である。あと無料のボトルウォーターは、これまで一度も無かった。
