Thank you for staying with the Comfort Inn & Suites of Shelby. It looks as if we missed the mark in providing you an exceptional stay. I hope you will return the next time your travels bring you to Shelby to give us a second chance to better host you.
Room was clean and comfortable. The first night there was someone walking around and listening to music till 3am. I figured it was another customer however the second night was worse than the first…. Louder and till 4:30. Definitely someone who was working. Definitely not a good stay

Excellent staff. Very friendly people. Cleanliness was great. But on the other hand, the shower handle was broken and only on one temperature. The shower was very very hot and you could not turn it up or down. Hopefully they got this fixed. The room temperature was definitely too warm for us so we open the window. The bed was not very comfortable. I think it needs to either be flipped or changed. Would I stay here again? Yes we dealt with the issues and really appreciated the cleanliness of the place.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your comments and are happy to repoort that we were able to repair the shower handle and the room now has hot & cold. I want to apologize that you were unable to find a comforrtable room temperature room temperature by using the heater/ air conditioning unit but am happy you were able to be more comfortable by opening the window, also would like to apologize for the bed not being to your liking. I am happy that you found the staff to be excellent and the cleanliness to be on point. We hope that you will stay with us again the next time you pass through Shelby!
Too noisy from Midnight to 3AM loud TV upstairs. All I wanted was 8 hours of sleep.

Parking for the truck and trailer. Staff was wonderful. Suggestion as to offering a Gluten free option for either bagel or toast?? (Keep it in the freezer and have a sign saying it is available?)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend.

This property has an excellent and beautiful location. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The jetted tub was a little dirty so we didn't feel like using it. Otherwise the room was clean.
The breakfast had good selections and was tasty.
Overall, a good experience.

I am so pleased to hear that we were able to creat such a good experience for you when passing through Shelby with the location off the highway, the clean, comfortable and spacious room, as well as our hot, tasty breaakfast with a variety of selections to choose from. I do apologize that the jetted tub in your room was not as clean as it could have been and prevented you from using it. I will speak to housekeeping to ensure all of our jetted tubs are cleaned thoroughly after each stay. My hope is that if you are ever travelling through Shelby again you will choose to stay with us again!

The checkin in front of me was taking some time. Meanwhile at least 2 other staff were talking with someone who appeared to be a consultant for furniture arrangements. They could see me waiting. When I finally to checkin, one of the ode women ( staff) got behind the counter to help a person who had just walked in.

This was an older property. The floors above us creaked. The bathroom was tiny with the sink outside in the room. Any person with a larger frame would be uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok. The staff were friendly. The room was over priced.
