L'hôtel est situé directement en face d'une grosse usine Kruger. Environnement industriel autour de l'hôtel. Les lits étaient propres, mais en général, les planchers étaient sales. Salle de bain propre. Désuétude générale de l'établissement, sauf pour le lobby. J'ai un véhicule électrique et très peu de prises fonctionnaient à l'extérieur. Borne gratuite située dans le stationnement adjacent cependant. Déjeuner moyen au niveau de la qualité des aliments.

Front desk is rude, manager is aggressive and unprofessional. Rooms are dated and very badly insulated. It was cold as you could feel the air from outside. You can hear the next room flush their toilet ad if they're in the same room as you so even the slightest conversation you can hear through the walls.

À la réception la fille nous a fait repasser par l’extérieur avec tous nos bagages pour accéder à notre chambre quand on a vu le lendemain qu’il y a un accès par l’intérieur. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Il semble que le petit déjeuner est inclus mais on n’a pas été avisés. Il faisait très froid dans la salle de bain. Il n’y a pas de couverture dans le lit j’ai eu froid toute la nuit et le chauffage est bruyant donc je l’avais éteint. Un peu vieillot mais propre. Le lendemain matin à la réception aucun des deux employés n’a pris la peine de nous adresser la parole
