First time in Egypt, Sharm.Posted 1-Jul-2014
Pros: It was great for couples & had a very laid back feel about it. The many different restaurants in the hotel exceeding our expectations, food was great.
Cons: Nothing, such a great resort.
Location: Great location. Very close to Narma Bay for shopping during the day/evening.
From start to finish our experience was perfect. The food, staff, and hotel itself was beyond amazing. The private beach, spa, and outdoor swimming pools are superb. The staff really made us feel at home and always went out there way to make us feel welcome.

Pretty much perfectPosted 9-Jun-2014 on Hotels.com
Beautiful location, wonderful rooms, service is fantastic. The housekeeping was however poor, with the room not being cleaned for 2 days during our week there. Otherwise perfect!

Beautiful and luxurious hotel on the beachPosted 1-Jun-2014
Pros: The staff, the food, the entertainment, the location, the peace and serenity.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
Location: Perfect location. Half way between Soho Center, and Namma Bay. !0 minute drive to either location.
The minute I walked into the hotel, I was greeted by very personable, eager staff who waited on my every request. All the staff were gracious, polite, curtious, and offered me any and all services they had, and with an honest and sincere smile on their faces. They went above and beyound the call of duty. I have travelled all over the world, and have never had such a wonderful experience.

great and big hotel, i had the most fun at this place i wouldn't even try to go outside the hotel, everything was in the hotel and even if you want to walk around everything is a walking distant, the room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable.

Nice hotel, very helpful staffPosted 25-May-2014
The hotel was really nice, the atmosphere, ambience etc were just how we expected. Staff were warm and friendly, always welcoming. There were one or two who tried to be our best friends but when they realised they wernt going to receive the level of tips they thought they would they soon disappeared. We put that down to human nature. My only qualm was with the room - we asked for a third bed and got a fold up affair with no support whatsoever. In fact it was literally sagging in the middle. And also the room wasnt cleaned daily, the beds were made and towels changed but that was about it. Even our glasses and cups were not washed or changed for the first 4 days. But all those are minor points if you want somewhere peaceful to unwind and relax id highly recommend this place. For a slightly more lively time with shops and Restaraunts within walking distance, it may be worth checking out soho sqaure. No louts, really nice family vibe, and plenty to choose from.

Great beachfront hotelPosted 5-May-2014
Excellent hotel! Very friendly, helpful, and competent staff from top to bottom. Room was clean and more than comfortable. Fantastic food with great variety and atmosphere. Reef all along the beach behind the hotel so excellent snorkelling. Had a great stay and will definitely stay at the Hyatt our next trip to Sharm.

nice landscaping,sea viewPosted 8-Apr-2014
Pros: sea view, landscaping, seafood restaurant and breakfast chef
Cons: Front office staff service level must improve.Top management need to be seen in this resort hotel to ensure the service level required.
Location: location is great. sea activities are available, camel riding,Soho square,Nemaa old street market are nice to walk at during evenings.
great view of Nemaa Bay from the room and anywhere in the hotel. The breakfast buffet chef is friendly and fast with making orders. The sea front seafood restaurant offers great fish in the oven including local and salmon. The staff is friendly but they lack service ethics. Front office staff ,though seem friendly ,but offer below standard service.
