In the last a couple of years, every time I came to Shanghai Pudong, I always stay here. It is very nice place - convenient. clean, easy to check in and decent price!

Everything was very good. The only issue was some of the staff in the lobby that didn’t speak english (only Chinese). But they were very nice tho.

So-so
The room is small, even for one person. Room is newly refurbished but not the toilet. The lobby is massive though. Breakfast is so so, nothing to write home about. Location is fairly near to Pudong airport. I still prefer my experience with Conrad

Clean, efficient and quiet
Hotel room was clean and spacious and quiet. There was a small shopping mall about 3 min walk away. Buffet breakfast was very good. Service was excellent. I didn't follow this up, but I didn't see a room service menu in the room, not sure if it was left out or if there is no room service availability.

Recommended hotel in Shanghai Pudong district!
Great hotel, great service, amazing breakfast buffet, personable bar staff, accommodating front desk and concierge. Only thing I would recommend is to have the taxi service charge the room or comment in advance that taxi’s there only accept cash, Alipay or wechat pay. Thankfully they accepted US dollars.

Not worth the price
Room simply stunk and was so humid, had to hang dry my clothes. Ended up moving rooms, but still the hotel is too old and not kept up well, and it clearly shows when checking into the room. Overpriced for what it’s worth. Staff was very helpful however.

A fantastic experience - only drawback was that I failed to fully research and discovered it was in the business district and further from the sites than I first thought. That was my fault. Great hotel.

My default place to stay
Always like this hotel - not over the top place. Comfortable, clean, nice room size and in a good place - can walk to exhibition halls and only 30 mins from Bund and 40 mins from airports. Shopping and restaurants are 5 mins up the road too. I've stayed there something like 10 times now and will continue to - however have noticed the price is rising and while it is staying reasonable I will always go back.

Recently renovated rooms are really pleasant and stylish, comfortable environment for work and sleep. 24 hr gym has modern equipment and is well-equipped. Breakfast buffet was a slight letdown compared to other five star properties, with some stale breads and overcooked vegetables. Otherwise, a great choice for this area.
