This hotel was nice. Obviously newly built in a fairly new neighborhood. Hotel is in reach of the Shanghai Metro, but needed to walk pretty briskly for 10-15 minutes.
The room was plushy, clean and efficient. I had no problem securing a non-smoking rooms (which is sometimes a pain in China).
Service-wise, it was pretty decent, albeit a bit slow, especially at checkout time. Desk people were polite, however.
So, should you consider this hotel? It really depends if you have a client next door in the industrial park. If so, definitely. Otherwise, the neighborhood is next to strictly nothing - if you are a tourist, you would be pretty far from Pudong downtown, the Bund and both airports. There isn't much in terms of local sightseeing.
It does have a few restaurants next door (plus the hotel restaurant, obviously), a lot of them being foreign restaurants (including a fast food joint). But nothing that would warrant setting up shop there, except of course if you are having meetings in the industrial park. Then, it makes perfect sense, and I am recommending it.
