Excellent but it is not close to the city centre. You cannot walk across the bridge into the city but there is a regular bus service from the hotel to the Metro station and you can travel around the city from there. There were no tea or coffee making facility in the bedrooms. Food was very good and of course Seville is a first rate beautiful city to visit.

Rooms were nice, hotel spotlessly clean. The staff were excellent. Didn't like - booked a packed meal for our trip where we weren't going to get a cjance to buy food. This was forgotten. The hotel pool was under renovation so was closed for the duration :-( Transport into the city was a bit of a pain. It's a 25 minute walk to the metro or equally long time walking to a slightly nearer local bus. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the metro but this only has 8 seats so at busy times you can wait for a number of buss rotations - takes 15 to 20 minutes to go to the metro and back. DON'T go in Holy week. Seville centre is very crowded - long queues for transport and many roads get closed with little notice.

My friend's room was a nightmare. A roach on one, ants on another. On mine, the shower on the double occupancy room was nicer than the triple occupancy. On that one, the shower was ugly, old and dirty.

I was an OK property, had to go outside for breakfast and we were upgraded to terrible rooms! Our original rooms would have probably been better! It was not the highlight hotel of our trip across Europe, but I’m sure it’s a better property than we’re seeing!

Fantastic
Great hotel in Seville. Not walkable to shops or attractions but hotel runs a minibus to the metro station for connections. Free parking on site. Great breakfast. We stayed new years eve and hotel resteraunt was fully booked. No other options nearby for eating.

The room is large and clean. Well managed property and the breakfast was great with a lot of choices. It is a little bit far out from town center, and needs taxi or Uber. But the price adjusts it.

The bathroom was in need of a renovation but the rest of the hotel was amazing. Breakfast was excellent. The exterior needs a little upkeep but for the price it was good. Would visit again

Wonderful hotel - perfect for our city break
They say first impressions count, and this hotel did not disappoint! The check-in was fast and friendly, and everywhere was super clean and modern. We had a large and spacious double room with quiet aircon, and a huge walk-in shower. There was also a fridge in the room as well as a free safe. Lovely pool with free towels provided. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice to suit every taste. We particularly liked the freshly squeezed orange juice. One of the main reasons for choosing the hotel for was the free onsite parking - which is very rare in Seville - and free shuttle bus which operates every 15 minutes from early until late, taking guests to and from the nearest metro station. From there, it is just 4 stops to Plaza Jerez, from where it’s easy to walk to all the main sights. All in all, the hotel was excellent value and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Seville.

Very nice property, down side is that this is a very large hotel that hosts large bus loads of tourists. The lobby can be overwhelming when multiple buses arrive and are departing. Other than that is was a great experience .

It is like a large Orlando hotel that has good AC, good food, clean rooms that have been modernized, and a pool. You have beautiful views of Sevilla as you are on a hill. We enjoyed our stay. If you are going into Sevilla, parking in the city center is a nightmare. If you decide to take the metro, you will need to take the hotel shuttle to the metro station. When you want to return to the hotel, having access to your phone to call the front desk to notify them that you are at San Juan Bajo metro station might be a good idea. They said the shuttle was every 15 minutes but we waited about 20 minutes and then called the hotel. They sent the shuttle quickly then. The metro drops you off right in the heart of Sevilla. It is easy and convenient. If you don’t have a car and want other food outside the hotel, you can go to Domino’s (5 minute walk) or Mercadona (pedestrian crosswalk). Walking to Carrefour and Burger King is trickier with having to cross the busy roads without a pedestrian crossing.

The free shuttle bus to the station is great and all the staff are friendly and helpful. They assisted us when we left items at the hotel and organised a taxi to drop the items to us at the airport.

The hotel is great but far from the city. They offer a shuttle bus to the nearest metro station, but being the bus very small, you might have to wait 15/20 minutes before boarding. The bar of the hotel is great, with reasonable price, with a terrace with view over the city

Property is very well maintained and clean. it is just like in the pictures, surprisingly even better. Front desk is very polite and helpful Hotel is only 10min drive from city center. If you do not want to drive, hotel provide free shuttle service to metro. You cannot walk anywhere from this hotel, but that would not be issue for us, since we spend most of our time at city center. Hotel has plenty free parking space. That is big plus in spain if you rent a car. My only regret, i did not bring swimsuit with me, hotel pool was open in April. If go back to Seville, i definitely stay there again.
