Lovely area and building, comfortable room and bed. My only complaint would be the noise of other people staying in the property between the hours of 00:00-05:00 outside our door - one night we even had someone for around 15mins try and get into our room trying their card and our door handle unsucessfully at around 03:30 in the morning.

Very conveniently location, walkable to the tourist spots. The breakfast is nice. The parking is difficult to get in and out, and have to pay 20 euro a night.

Excellent location. Beautiful Hotel with great character and helpful, but not intrusive staff. Small, but with all the facilities you need and a host of restaurants and bars on your door step.

Nice clean, friendly staff.
Position very close to restaurants and bars. Unfortunately area although bustling a bit run down and there’s a lot of graffiti. A popular dog walking area where some do not clean up after there pooches, so need to be careful where you walk. About a 20 minute walk to Monument area of Seville. Hotel air con very good, courtyard areas are cool, although a bit on the dark side, but this is why it’s cool. Room okay, internet was excellent. Quiet no noise from the outside bars and restaurants.

Such a beautiful atmosphere. The courtrooms are so private. The rooftop breakfast was very good. Staff is extremely helpful.

Didn't like the parking set-up. Getting in and out of parking garage within narrow passage ways from street into and out of the parking garage and space to maneuver the car into the parking space is difficult, due to lack of space in parking garage. What I liked was the sitting areas throughout the inside of the hotel, especially the decor of hanging plants and flowers throughout and within the sitting areas. Very well-maintained and clean hotel with very attentive and friendly staff. Great customer service.

This hotel is built around a very pretty courtyard however the hotel rooms don't have windows or a balcony.

This is a ‘quirky’ hotel, with apparently most rooms facing into a courtyard which is open to the sky, but no outside windows. That said, we enjoyed our stay and one of the advantages of this arrangement is that the rooms stay relatively cool, on what we’re very hot days during our stay. They are also quiet, which was handy because our stay coincided with the final of the Copa Del Ray football tournament, so the area and city generally, was heaving with football fans!

What a fantastic stay in a fabulous hotel. The staff were impeccable- especially the front desk staff. Was an oasis to come back to after a day sightseeing. Rooms are based around internal courtyards with tables and chairs to relax. Shutters high up keep the hot sun at bay but are pulled back once the sun has passed beaming down - so lovely. At night all the lights come on and it is just fabulous. I stayed in room 10. Lovely big room, great aircon, comfortable bed and pillows - exceptionally clean with a fridge to keep your own things in. Bathroom was lovely and modern with fantastic shower pressure. Just a beautiful place to wake up in and come back to. Rooftop bar with great views. Sightseeing tour bus stop 2 mins away. Walk to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar - a lovely straightforward stroll in 10-15mins. Setas de Sevilla a short 5 mins away - fantastic location. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants right outside the hotel. Great feel and vibe. This was a real find. If I return to Seville, which I plan to, I will stay here again and cannot rate the hotel highly enough.

Quiet oasis in lively neighborhood
Although the hotel is located right next to buzzing Alameda de Hércules, the room we had in the 2nd court yard, 2nd floor was so quiet. No street noise thanks to noise cancelling windows and also few neighbors during the time of our visit. The room was much more spacious than what we expected (may have been a complementary upgrade). Also friendly staff at all times.

The property is clean, good condition, nicely decorated, and in good location. However, I had a very bad experience. I left a travel waist pouch in my my room and when I came back it's not there. Only the cleaner lady entered the room at that time. We lost our vaccination cards and other papers but not much cash. We reported it to the front desk.

The design of the hotel is absolutely magical. I felt like we stayed in a small tropical jungle. The staff was incredibly helpful and there is a plethora of restaurants and bars all around the hotel.

Parking was full - only 9 places and expensive in any case. The room allocated had no window to the exterior and was very dark. Thank god it was only used for one night as a transit hotel.

This property just made me smile as soon as I arrived. The colours and the plants everywhere just made me feel so happy. The room was beautiful and I felt very well looked after. I love the eco friendly option of not changing your towels every day. It was a magical experience. Unfortunately I never managed to get to the roof terrace because my only free night was the night of the Fair in April so it was closed but that didn't matter. There are plenty of lovely restaurants around the area. I adored every second.

Ok stay for a short stay.
I only stayed there for 1 day so there is not much to say. apt was very clean and confortable. My reservation had street view and breakfast and I didn't get neither the view or the breakfast since Hotels.com and the hotel had a glitch but instead of honoring the reservation it became a he said she said argument so I got none. Besides that the hotel is in a good location and it is confortable if you keep your windows closed since all the rooms are facing each other or if you have the windows open people walk right in front of your room / bathroom and can see you.

Nice styled and really well located for young people, however got a tiny parking, so I had to park on the avenue, and it was more than 10min walk away from the hotel. With luggage it was not easy. Overall good stay.

Lovely hotel lovely staff
Staff were so kind and helpful to us and our requests. The parking is very small but luckily we had a small car. Amazing value for money and very unique and cute hotel. We had the top floor and were not disturbed. Would recommend!
