I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. We chose this hotel due to location and also the luxury of it from my mother‘s 90th birthday. The staff was unbelievable. I’ve never stayed six nights in a hotel before and when I left, I felt like I was family.. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay the best ever and they exceeded all expectations Would like to, especially give a shout out to Oscar, bartender, Andres, and Alberto. There are so many more that I did not get their names, but these three stood out for going above and beyond customer service and friendliness. See you in May 2025

The staff was superb! From the helpful doorman; to the concierges that went above and beyond to help with reservations during a busy holiday week; to the top notch house cleaning staff. Steps away from restaurants and shopping. Would absolutely stay here again!

The Hotel Colon Gran Meliá was beautiful and walking distance to all or the historic buildings and tourist attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

My stay at a class-act hotel
My trip to the beautiful city of Seville was enriched by my stay at the Gran Melia Colón. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and competent. The food was outstanding, which led expectedly to my gaining a few pounds. The red-level room was particularly inviting and comfortable.

Underwhelming for the price.
For a 5 star hotel it was a bit underwhelming. Having come from the Casa Palacio Maria Luisa in Jerez which I know if a much smaller 5 star hotel I was left feeling disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. Examples were not noticing that our coffee supplies needed topping up or that we spent have any shower gel even after the room service. The TV kept goi g out of service probably due to the poor wifi and nobody other than a man on the concierge desk (Oscar) smiled and was warm and friendly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we stepped into Hotel Colon, we were enveloped in the warm, Andalusian charm that Seville is renowned for. The hotel seamlessly marries the historical beauty of the city with modern-day luxuries. The staff was exceptional. Not only were they attentive to our every need, but they also offered invaluable recommendations for local eateries and attractions. Their genuine passion for Seville's culture was palpable and added a personal touch to our stay. Our room was a haven of comfort. With plush bedding, elegant decor, and state-of-the-art amenities, it was a delight to return to after a day of sightseeing. The view from our window, showcasing Seville's stunning skyline and the distant echoes of flamenco, was nothing short of poetic. The hotel's location proved to be perfect. Nestled in a quiet street, it was a sanctuary from the city's hustle and bustle, yet everything - from the majestic Alcázar to the vibrant tapas bars of Triana - was within a short walk or drive. As its name sounds, this hotel is grand looking lobby area. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Nice attitude by staff. We walked to major attatractions and had great food within walking distance.

The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had variety and was delicious. A special thank you to Rosanna the concierge who referred us to excellent restaurants. Not only the food was good but it was a very nice experience. The hotel in general would need a little update, and the water of the pool was not clear. It was still very appreciated after a day at 43 degres!

Great option in Seville
Overall a great stay. I would have expected more from a 5-star hotel, particularly in terms of amenities and refreshments, but the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very hospitable.

This really was a 5 star experience!! Amazing hotel and amazing service. The bed was so comfortable and all hotel staff were so kind. I would love to stay here again one day !!
