“Excellent for comfort, convenience and value”

This is a great hotel, very convenient for the middle of town and tower 63, staff friendly, room v comfortable. The spa was absolutely amazing and I thought the price was great. Avoid the food- breakfast not nice, maybe better later in the day... One last thing- print the map off the internet before arrival- Seoul taxi drivers do not have "the knowledge"

“Not bad, not good”

First, the hotel is hard to find. Coming from the airport, a few cab drivers got together to figure out where the hotel was and still had to wander the area looking for it. It's in a mostly business area of town, so there's not much for a tourist to do. Room was very small, with frosted glass bathroom doors (not great for family). The air conditioner didn't work and there was plenty of street noise with the window open. There is no internet available in the room, only two computers in the lobby. Overall, not a great place to stay, but got the job done.
