“Reliable Ramada - Always A Great Experience”
I have stayed at the Ramada Seoul a few times, and I have enjoyed my visit each time. The hotel is extremely clean and classy with comfortable rooms. The rooms are a little on the small side, but they are very decadent. The Ramada is in a great location near the Coex Mall in Gangnam, and the staff members are always friendly and helpful. The only disappointment is that there is not a woman's spa at the Ramada as advertised. They only had a men's spa there when I visited. However, there is a fantastic 24-hour Thai Massage place right across the street from the hotel. The Breakfast served at the Ramada is also pretty good. I enjoyed an "American-Style" Breakfast Buffet (with an egg station) and room service during my stay.
“Satisfied Traveler”
This hotel was conveniently located for my needs. The staff were all very friendly and most spoke excellent English. They gave excellent assistance when I had questions. The restaurant was good, my only complaint was that breakfast was very expensive. I would recomend if you stay there to eat breakfast elsewhere, although the dinners were good and fairly priced. Front desk and concierge were especially helpful. I really loved the park behind the hotel. It has ancient tombs, costs about a dollar to enter, and is open early enough to take a nice morning walk before a busy day. Hotel's website made it easy to know how to get there from the airport.
“Wonderful Service”
Excellent Service; Very Nice Staff; Food was expensive at the hotel, so just went across the street to a nice little diner with great food at very cheap prices; Location is in "New Seoul" so you have to get a taxi to go see "Old Seoul" but we would definitely recommend the hotel to others.
“Great Hotel”
The hotel staff was very courteous and went out of their way to help us. We speak no Korean and had little problems communicating. The location was central and lots of eating venues! Paris Baquette became a personal favourite of ours. Area is very secure and we felt comfortable walking day or night. A very clean city. Not sure if this is the hotel's or expedia's doing but they gave us only 1 coupon for breakfast for only one person for 3 days and there was 2 of us.
“most impressive”
hotel was much more thatn what I expected. The service was great and the room was very comfortable
“Clean, well priced hotel.”
I just stayed for one night. My hotel room was comfortable and clean. The room was in good condition and the furniture and bedding seemed to be fairly new. Just a $2 taxi ride to CoEx.
“trip to seoul”
very comfortable and accommodating. great gym.
“Relaxing in Seoul”
I stayed at the Rmada during the Korean Thanksgiving (Chusok) Holiday so there were no crowds. The hotel staff was very friendly and they helped me find some restaurants in the city. I live in Korea and this was a nice get-away. It is close to the famous Kangnam shopping district and COEX mall. I think the hotels has night clubs and other restaurants but they were closed due to the holiday. This hotel is in a great location and is central to everything in Seoul. I will stay there again. Korean beds are a little hard but you will get past that. Everything else in the hotel is just like your are used to in western culture. Great hotel!
“Perfect Seoul holidays!”
Really happy with the choice of executive room! The services, the room, the deal expedia offered are perfect for us.
“Ramada Seoul”
This hotel was very clean, in a good area and was very comfortable. I was basically stuck in Seoul for 2 days and the hotel made the stay much easier.
