hôtel bien placé pour du shopping
Personnel très gentil, décoration hôtel sympa, par contre chambre très petite. Il ne faut pas prendre une chambre au 6ème étage car le soir, il y a beaucoup de bruit de chaise provenant de l'étage au dessus, à cause du restaurant et jacuzzi sur le toit?

Très bon hôtel pour visiter Séoul
Séjour d'une semaine à Séoul avec un ami. Hôtel agréable, bien situé (proche du métro et de Myeong-Dong où manger le soir). Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais le tout est fonctionnel et néanmoins agréable. Wifi de très bonne qualité. Les petits-déjeuners, qui prennent la forme de buffets, sont bien garnis.

Hotel accueillant et bien situé
L'hôtel est situer dans la meilleur partie de Séoul ( myeondong) très accessible car métro pas loin et bonne ambiance mais la montée de la rue de l'hôtel était fatigante a monter chaque jour. L'hôtel était beau et moderne avec de bon équipement, la chambre était propre mais pas du tout insonoriser car on entendait tous les bruits des voisins et c'était parfois gênant pour dormir!

Hôtel idéal pour célibataire
Le petit déjeuner buffet est très satisfaisant. Il y a des ordinateurs mis à la disposition des clients et une imprimante. L'hôtel est situé en face du marché de Namdaemun. Il n'est pas vraiment connu des chauffeurs de taxi. Il faudra donc se munir d'une adresse dans la langue coréenne.

Space is great! It was really hard to find. When searching on maps (both Android & Apple) it leads to the actual FourSeason Luxury hotel which was very inconvenient. Our taxi even lead us there, which was a waste of energy and time. Overall, we needed a room to sleep as we were very tired, and we liked the space and the bed was comfortable. Great staff.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, very close to Myeongdong, Namsan Park and Namdaemun and close enough to walk to Seoul Station. The room was comfortable, a good size and nice and warm for the winter

This is our worst experienced 5 nights stay. We booked through expedia website and it's written 'Kids stay free! One child 5 years old or younger stays free when using existing bedding.' But we were asked to pay extra 100,000 (20,000/night) for our 4 years old kid or else we were not allowed to stay and rooms booked is non refundable. Both hotel and expedia are ignoring our emails and messages where we asked for an explanation for the charges. Be careful of what you booked! First time ever is our travelling experience with strictly no check in after 11pm. Although is stated on their website 24 hours hotel reception. Hotel location is walking distance to Singsagae, Lotte, Daiso, Myeongdong market, Nandaemun market but hotel location is up the hill. Room is smell of bbq or whenever there is cooking happening in the kitchen. Bathroom is tiny. Just enough room for a bathtub, toilet bowl and a sink. Blanket cover is not changed after previous hotel guest. We found hair and dust all over bedsheet cover and blanket. Breakfast choice is limited.

Seung ho on 님 저희 엔포시즌을 이용해주셔서 감사합니다. 더하여 후기 작성에 시간을 내주신 점 다시 한 번 감사드립니다. 저희 호텔은 현재는 지하의 테마룸을 제공하지 않고 있습니다. 이용에 불편 끼쳐드려 죄송합니다. 저희 호텔은 고객님이 언급하신 것처럼 도보 3분 거리에 4호선 회현역이 도보 15분 거리에 서울역이 위치하고 있어 대중교통을 이용하실 때 편리합니다. 또한 도보 3분 거리에 공항 직행 리무진 버스 정류장이 있어 공항까지 갈아타는 수고 없이 바로 오고 가실 수 있습니다. 앞으로도 저희 엔포시즌을 이용해 주시기 진심으로 바랍니다.

フロントに人が居ない最悪なホテル
24時間、フロントに人が居ない為、遅くに帰って来て、カードキーを通したら、カードの調子が悪くなっていたらしく、締め出しをくらいました。 チェックアウト時も早朝に出た為、誰もいなく、また、ルームクリーニングも1日していない日があり、掃除はしても、シャンプー等の補充が、全くしておらずと、ふんだりけったりでした。 1日分くらいの料金は返して欲しいくらいです。

The hotel staff is very friendly & helpful. Rooms are small & very basic but AC works well which is very important during the hot summer days. Breakfast is okay but needs variation, one can get tired of it quickly having the exact same thing daily. Pretty convenient location and reasonable prices.

The sheets smelled weird and rooftop jacuzzi not operational, seemed like no effort to fix it. Getting only one key card upon checking was annoying. It's weird that people waiting on tables in restaurant were also checking people in. Not having shower curtains made it impossible to not have water spray all over the place. Room was clean so that was good.

The hotel was absolutely rubbish! Online it showed lots of lovely things, eg hot tub and nice breakfasts and 2 double beds together, but we arrived and had none of this... we would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. They gave us our first room but it was not the room that we had originally booked, with 2 double beds next to each other and one of the air conditionings were not working, so eventually after being told that there was apparently no rooms, the woman at the reception moved us to the room next door, which was also not the type of room that we wanted, but it was still a little bit better than the room we was originally put in. The service was poor, most of the people, apart from 1 or 2 were rude and not willing to help us. The breakfast that we had seen online, was completely different to what it actually turned out to be, there was only bread and cereal and boiled eggs and ham, with either coffee or juice but online it looked as if it was going to be an appetising breakfast, which sadly it wasn’t. When we eventually arrived at the hotel, the woman at the reception told us that we should have received an email to confirm our room type and how to travel and get to the hotel, but we didn’t receive any of this information, so we had to find our own way to the hotel! Also, when we reached our 2nd room that they put us in, there wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner or body wash in the bathroom. Also, it was hard to talk with the receptionists because they can’t speak

Nevertheless, we'd offer the grand suite room as service without extra payment, and we could not care for your room about cleaning,, when you put the sigh that " Do not disturb " Also as we mentioned, It is not a free service & open area for outdoor jacuzzi area for guest's safety. & we originally sent the e-mail for welcome to the guest included some information, but we couldn't, because there is the booking from "Travel Agency Reservation" for your reservation without your privacy information. We'll do our best to improve if we have some lack part. Thank you again

酒店職員服務很好,早上到酒店,由於有房間已準備好,職員免費給我們提早check-in。房間整體不錯,但第二天職員遺漏執房更換毛巾!第三晚我們才發現被袋有污穢,相信是入住第一天,有污穢的一面被反向下,到第三天職員執房時將被子執拾後,污穢反向上才被我們發現。

スタッフの方は英語と韓国語のみでしたがとても対応が良かったです。 清掃をお願いするのを忘れていてタオルをもらおうとしましたが小さいのしかもらえず掃除のスタッフの方は少し愛想が悪かったです。 飛行機が遅れてしまい23時のチェックインに間に合わないと連絡したところ次の日に来いの一点張りで翌日まで空港で過ごし1日分お金を無駄にしてしまったので要注意です。 レイトチェックインはできませんが部屋の確保は連絡しておけばしてくれていました。 深夜コンビニに出かけようとしたら中からロックがかかっていて外に出れなくなっていてそれは不思議でした。 綺麗でアットホームな内装になっているのでリラックスできました。

N.fourseason is located a 10-minute walk to Namdaemun and N Seoul Tower, N.Fourseason Seoul is a 15-minute drive to Dongdaemun Market. It takes approximately 1-hour to reach In-cheon International Airport by car. チェックイン時間よりかなり早く到着し、荷物だけ預けようとしたのに、すぐに手続きしてくださってチェックインできました。クタクタだったので、嬉しかったです。フロントは韓国語か英語しか分からないようでしたが、笑顔で感じの良い対応で満足です。 部屋はベッドが大きい分、移動も大変な狭さでした。収納スペースはしっかりありましたが、デスクというものが無くて、壁にある鏡に向かって丸椅子に座ってのメイクでした。バスルームは、カーテンが無い為トイレまで水が飛んでしまいます。 ホテルは寝るだけと言う考えですが、出かける前の身支度するのが不便でしたので、お部屋に関しては残念という感じです。

Hotel staffs are friendly
The hotel staff is friendly and we have a smooth check in and out. The room is alright. The amenities such as towels and etc can be improved as it looks old, yellowish and some are torn with holes in it, can consider replacing the old one with new towel for better impression. The cleanness of the room could be improved as well as we still see hairs lying around the room after makeup. But overall we are satisfied with the services:)

Don’t be fooled.
Reception was not 24 hours and emergency number did not work. Definitely NOT a four star hotel. More like a 2-star. Breakfast was definitely not worth it and was the same thing everyday. Location was ok. Not recommended for people with disabilities. You have to walk uphill to get to the hotel.

All the rooms are air-conditioned with heating. Each features a flat-screen cable TV, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. Private bathroom includes a shower and bathtub. エゲツない坂道
【ロケーション】 これがもうとにかく最悪でした。 エゲつない坂道です。 大通りからホテルまでの細い道、すべてが坂道です。 しかもちょっとした坂とかではなく急勾配です。 ホテルに戻るのが嫌になるぐらいの坂道です。 今回は大人だけでの宿泊でしたが、子連れなんて以ての外です。 この付近のホテルに泊まるなら、高いお金を払ってでも大通りに近いホテルか、南大門市場に近いホテルにすることをオススメします。 【ホテル設備】 ロビーも部屋内も綺麗でしたが、バスマットは穴あきでボロボロでした。 シャワーの水圧はだいぶ高いです。シャワー高水圧+浴槽仕切りが短いので、トイレまでボトボトになります。 バスマットは浴室を出たところに敷いて下さい。 無料の歯ブラシ、カミソリ、シャンプー、ボディーソープありです。 ただし、男性2名で泊まってもカミソリは1部屋に1本です。 歯ブラシは人数分あります。 【その他】 受付の女性の方は親切で愛想も良かったです。 1時30分頃にホテルに到着したので荷物を預かってもらおうと思ったら、そのままチェックインさせてくれました。 「いつもならアーリーチェックインには1時間10,000W必要だけど、今日は特別」って言ってました。 23時以降にホテルに入るには部屋のカードキーをスキャンしたら入館できます。 【まとめ】 エゲつない坂道とボロボロのバスマット以外には満足です。出掛ける時は逆にスイスイ進みます。
