I was disappointed with this hotel. The rooms were dated and had no USP ports, the shower leaked, and the light system was very confusing and required assistance to understand. I would not stay again in the future.

Cannnot belive a 5 star hotel doesnot have AC. Room is very hot cannot fall asleep and noisy outside. Staff was able to change us to a different room though.

My only complaint is that you have to make a kind of side quest for the bus stop and outside restaurants through the back of the hotel. BUT it's otherwise convenient.

김포공항 이용시 유익
대중교통으로는 접근성이 다소 떨어지나, 자차로 이용하면 좋은 위치 같아요. 조용하고 서울이 아닌 것 같네요, 딴세상 다녀왔어요. 공항까지 택시비 6200원 나왔어요 (새벽 6시 기준)

The hotel is very close to the airport. I stayed in the family suite room with my 2 kids (4 years and 1 year old) and it was very convenient. One thing to improve is that there is no microwave in the room. As we ate some food in the room, I saw some bugs flying. other than that, this hotel was very nice and I want to stay here again.

Mayfield
Room was clean but furnitures were quite old. There were noise from flights as it is located fairly close to Gimpo Airport but it was ok at night. It is family friendly and has a golf course so parking lots are crowded by not just hotel guests. It holds also many banquets onsite. I personally enjoyed restaurants: Nakwon and Yiyuan. Overall I am willing to stay again in future.

Nice stay.
Nice exterior and park. Great place to take photos and for special events. Although its old its nice to stay for a night.However, long distance from Seoul downtown and no subway stations nearby (takes 10 min. by taxi). No shuttles to Kimpo airport due to COVID-19. Overall, it was nice and I would definitely visit again when I have an early flight.

great hotel for passengers using GMP airport.
This hotel is great in itself. Service is good, room is clean and spacious. They have fancy restaurants as well. But it looks like great island because the neighbor with pubs and restaurants are far from here.

The property itself was beautiful! I would’ve liked that the amenities, since we were two in the room, would’ve been placed accordingly.. but the staff were always smiling and attentive, the food was delicious! A good first experience to Korea! Thank you!
