We had a wonderful stay at Baiton Hotel. It was easy and accessible to transportation specially the airport limousine which stops right in front. The place was clean and quiet. They also let us store our luggage when we go to Busan. That was really kind of them. Thank you very much Baiton Hotel. We look forward to staying with you again in the next travel.

Nicely located hotel with access to everything. They are kind enough to allow us to drop off our big luggage 3 days ahead of the booking while we visited Busan. The airport shuttle is also a convenient way of getting you to the airport if you have lots of luggage.

The quadruple room is a perfect size for my family. The entire unit is divided into two separate rooms which allowed privacy for the guests. Though, air conditioning needs some improvement. Relaxing ambiance with the hotel’s minimalist design. Reasonable price point for a mid-range hotel. Relatively sanitary and well-organized. Overall, the hotel stay was satisfactory.

Close enough to places you can walk to and restaurants to eat at, as well as the subway. The room was simple and clean, the bed a little hard but for the price an excellent deal. The American breakfast was nice, but only as a back up and you are tired and don’t want to venture out. The staff was always pleasant and their English ability decent. The room didn’t have a booklet about where things were located in the hotel and I’m really glad we went out of our way to check out the 21st floor roof garden. Got some great pictures there. Wouldn’t mind staying again

Location, location, location... This hotel location is ideal for the travel happy person. Easy access to all transportaion, most bus to city travel are on the same block. The train is a block away which makes traveling hassel free and pleasurable. If you prefer not to cab, and you shouldn't Seoul mass transit system is clean and efficient. If you need to go to the Incheon Int'l airport, no problem the bus stops right in front of the hotel. No need to wait outside you can wait in the hotel lobby and step out right before arrival time. The concierge speaks Korean, Chinese and English. Free WIFI, even in the lobby no PW required, which is awsome. If you didn't have time to change your currency to Korean Won...no worries they have an exchange ATM in the lobby for your convenience. They also have FREE parking, if you have a rental car or a guest stopping by. Street parking is treacherous in Seoul, so free parkings are a blessing. We stayed in a double bed room, bed was soft and comfy. Bed sheets and comforter was clean, carpet was moderate can use some steam work. For those who like to talk, be considerate sound barrier is moderate. Other amenities, free access to fitness room. You have the view of Nam San Tower, a nice view at night. Dong Dae Mun market is a good walk away, for those who like to shop. Along with Dong Dae Mun History and Culture Park for the culture buffs. As most Seoul has it, your awsesome dining experinces are only walks away. Enjoy!

I book the smallest room and was prepared for it to be small. But the heater is noisy and not as warm. I do not recommend this room for 2 person. Toilet on high floors do not flush good. Recommend staying on lower floors. Location is good and convenient. Great for shopping and food.

Very courteous staff.. friendly and helpful. I have been staying for 3 times already since last year. Suggest that the room entry light not to be sensor, make it permanent lighted up when on. Inconvenience when using the mirror outside the toilet for a longer time due to the on/ off lights automatically..

-located in front of the airport bus service directly to ICN Airport. -really friendly receptionists (Always greet us every time we entered the main door) -free computer usage, we can print our boarding passes FREE OF CHARGE -we got in early and we could keep our luggage for free! we could also keep them after we checked out! -we could refill our plain drinks daily in the restaurant downstairs (also FREE). -daily towel change -daily room cleaning. -daily soap and shampoo refill. -daily mineral water drinks refill -really close to the main metro stops of 3 lines (purple, green, blue)--really convenient to go everywhere. -has a rooftop open area! -with a Namsan Tower view!

Too hot in the room, no air conditioning.
No sir conditioning, it is too hot to us. We can not sleep actually, the air conditioning in the corridor is better than the room. :(

1. Airport bus right in front of hotel's door. 2. A small tidy room good for couple or single 3. Not very good for shopping as a bit far from Dongdaemun 4. Sound insolation not good in room to room 5. Quite a lot Chinese mainlanders so very noisy 6. The bed sheets, pillow cases and towels cover with strong bleach 7. Hot water needs to take awhile to warm up be able to use

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Seoul
The hotel is really close to the subway station (an easy 5-10 minute walk) and it is clearly visible. It is also the most attractive hotel on the strip. We were greeted by friendly and very well-presented staff who honored our request for a non-smoking room with a bath and a view. The hotel is really lovely without being ostentatious. Our room was clean, though a little warm. We turned off the heater but could not cool down the room without opening a window. This was not enough of an issue to justify calling the desk. The bedding was fresh and comfortable - as was the bed, and we appreciated the water in our mini fridge. The WiFi is fast, too. All amenities were to our satisfaction! We had a great view from our room, but we went up to the rooftop garden to watch the New Year’s fireworks. What an incredible, panoramic view! We could watch the display at the new Lotte World Tower, as well as the display over the Hyatt near Itaewon - all without the crowds. Plus: just down the road are several restaurants - we would highly recommend Fortune for excellent Uzbek and Russian cuisine, as well as a fabulous bakery.

Clean hotel and airport bus stops right in front
The hotel is clean and value for money. There are a few convenient stores around the hotel. We just have to walk about 2 minutes to Tous Le Jours bakery restaurant for our breakfast since our hotel did not include breakfast. The nearest subway to our hotel was exit 6. DPP was just about 10 minutes walk.

Overall, I had a nice stay. The hotel was nice and comfortable and always had bottles of water every day. It's a good location close to Dongdaemun and the subway station that connects to three lines.

No AC because "it's not the season to use it"
How dare they decide when and when not to use the A/C for their customer's comfort? We checked in and it was afternoon and it was HOT and humid and stifling in that small room. Called front desk and was told to just open our windows (which were 2 small holes btw) because it's not the season to use the A/C. IT WAS HOT even when those 2 small holes were opened. The hallway outside is cooler than the room but I cannot leave the door unlocked. Room was very small, no place to put your luggages in. We had the triple sharing room, and to walk between beds, you have to walk sideways. To open one of our luggages, 2 people had to sit and stay in bed so I can rummage the luggage on the floor. OR haul it on the bed so the others can walk past to go the bathroom. Bathroom is nice but also very small, only 1 person can fit it and it's a tub/shower/toilet in the same room.

Location: near Dongdaemun Plaza and a university. Myeongdong (shoppers paradise) is very near. You can see Namsam Tower from the hotel window. However, the place seems like it's in the lower end of the 'hood. Old, dlapidated buildings/houses in the back. No wonder they won't show the actual picture of the hotel in real time photos. Room: Booked for a triple sharing room. VERY small even to Seoul standards. To walk between beds, you have to walk sideways. No room to put luggages in, especially if you have 3 big luggages. To open our luggages, 2 people have to stay in bed so I can open it on the floor OR haul it up on the bed so people can walk to the bathroom. The bathroom is nice but very small. It's a shower/tub and toilet in the same small room. When we checked in and went to our room, it was HOT and couldn't figure out their temp setting so I called the front desk and he said that "IT'S NOT IN SEASON TO USE THE AIRCONDITIONING UNIT SO WE JUST HAVE TO OPEN OUR WINDOWS" and mind you, it's 2 small holes. It was hot, it was humid and it was stifling! Add that to the smallness of the room and there goes your hotel stay experience. Staff: Very friendly, some with limited english. There was one male staff (during the night) that spoke really good English. But the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff made up for the communication issue. I had to use Google translate at times.

It's for business people
The hotel is professional. The rooms are small. The main clientele are for business people. The walls are thin, that you can hear the neighboring room. Security is good. You need a room key to activate the elevator. The fitness gym is poor. It has a dumbbell set. 2 bikes and 2 treadmills in a small room. The laundry room is also in the gym. The hotel location is centralized in Seoul. That's a good thing.

Satisfactory but needs improvement
I am a Korean living outside of Korea and need to travel Korea at least once a month. Baiton was selected because I know the location well and the facilities looked OK. Everything was fine except (1) the lift and (2) the front desk. There are only two lifts which looked not enough for 20 floors hotel. And my wife usually orders some Korean foods through online shop and get them delivered to the hotel where I stay. I haven't never failed to collect them but I failed this time because the hotel didn't give me the notice so I just came back home without collecting it.

Great place to stay near DongDaeMoon shoping area and MyongDon shoping area approx 1 mile of walking distances. Very friend staff and house keeping. Breakfast was superior. AC works great. Take warm sleeping cloth.

Great Service
I, along with 3 friends, stayed at this hotel for a 2 week vacation. We enjoyed ourselves here. The rooms were clean when we got there and housekeeping was prompt everyday about bringing new towels and robes. The washer/dryer was a little weird to work but it got the job done. A few times we ran into trouble such as getting a taxi or ordering food. The employees there were very helpful in resolving these matters promptly. David was one of our favorites because he was very helpful and knowledgeable about many things in the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is taking a trip to South Korea. The subway is about a 5 minute walk away and the Post Office (in case you buy alot of souvenirs) is literally right around the corner.

With a walk of 10mins away from prime shopping area. At night can be consider semi-dark place but with 7eleven at the opposite of the hotel and another 24 hours shop at the right side of the hotel can be good too. Directly at the front of airport limo bus stop and works every 20mins from 5am to 8pm.
