“Best Hotel in Geneva”

arrived late at night. although we booked 2 double beds, we were upgraded to king size bed and lake front room. check-in was very quick. woke next morning to sunny skies and a beautiful view across Seneca Lake. Will certainly return

“Beautiful view”

Our room was great and the view was fabulous! However the pool was ridiculous -- it was the size of a hot tub. In fact, we thought it WAS the hot tub! Other than that, we really liked the hotel!

“Nice staff”

The hotel is in a great location and has very nice amenities. The staff was really nice.

“Review”

Everything regarding check in and out was excellent The room was clean and comfortable. Only problems were: No blankets on bed and shower was anemic. Meals and sertvice excellent.

“Great spot in Geneva, NY”

We arrived at the Ramada after 5 hours of driving. The desk clerk was most welcoming when we checked in. Our room was in excellent shape. Very nice firm bed with many good pillows. The bathroom was spotless. The room comes with a small under counter refrigerator (no freezer compartment.) We had dinner right at the hotel based on the yummy odors wafting into the lobby from the restaurant. It was delicious with a great view of the Seneca Lake. Breakfast the following morning was equally enjoyable.

“Pool non-existent”

The "pool" is the size of a hot tub - beware! Nice location, central to everythinhg. Not much going on downtown, but I think a revitalization is underway.

“Satisfied.”

The wireless internet connection was one of the best I've experienced in a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was quiet. And the hotel is located on a beautiful lakefront. It was all good.

“Clean, comfortable rooms for the right price”

As has been my experience with all Ramada Hotels I've stayed at, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the service is excellent. But the restaurant food leaves a little bit to be desired.

“Ok for the price.”

It was what we expected. Ok overall. Great location. Clean. Pillows uncomfortable. Restaurant in hotel was ok. Pool is tiny and exercise facility was small.
