“Great value, overall, with pleasant staff.”

Hotel room was perfect for a stay while visiting the nearby Waterloo Premium Outlet. While it isn't 5 star accommodation, it's still excellent value, and the staff were friendly and responsive. We were initially dreading the stay, as the hotel had a number of bad reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended.

This hotel is very old and cheap. The good things about this hotel are that it has wireless internet, includes continental breakfast, and it is located adjacent to the best buffet restaurant in town.

for the price I would expect bit more.. place is old and dusty; room was clean (unfortunately the smell spoiled the effect); breakfast was ok (coffee really nice :) )

“Very dissapointed in this hotel”

This hotel is in very poor condition and in need of major renowation. It was the worts hotel I ever stayed in. Very old and outdated dark rooms not inviting at all to spend any time in it. In fact we booked in for 3 nights and checked out after 2 nights and moved to a better hotel.

room was old and dirty. didn't shower because so much mould in the shower tiles. posted room rate when we arrived was cheaper than rate we paid.
