“Great hotel!”

Located halfway between the aqueduct and the alcazar, the hotel was perfectly situated for access to the hiking trails. It was super quiet and cozy and pleasant, and encapsulated the atmosphere of all of Segovia. We can't wait to go back!!! Beautiful hotel, beautiful town.

“Brilliant Segovia hotel”

We stayed here last time we visited Segovia and the hotel was even better than we remembered. It's really lovely and quiet, and only a short walk to the centre. We had a room on the top floor -- the lift didn't quite reach there but we had a little balcony (one room on the top had a proper patio) and we ate our breakfast there. (We brought our own breakfast.) Can't recommend it highly enough -- it's both comfortable and atmospheric. There is free wifi. You have to pay for car parking but it's really convenient as it is in the basement of the hotel and the lift goes down to the car park.

“Great little hotel”

Hotel Los Linajes is a perfect place to base your stay in Segovia. The staff is friendly, helpful, and speaks English. The room we had was clean and large, with a big balcony and a nice view. It is an easy 3-min walk to the center of town and another 5 minutes from there to the aquaduct. The wireless internet was spotty in the room, but worked well in the lobby. Would recommend and return.

“Los Linajes Hotel - Segovia, Spain”

I reserved a room for two people not really knowing what I was going to get or what the hotel was really like. It turned out to be a great place to stay. Our room overlooked the valley and the monastary! It was only a short walk from the Alcazar and to Plaza Mayor. A little bit longer to the aquaduct but doable. For those without a car I recomend taking a taxi to the hotel as it is a bit of a hike from the bus/train station and the streets are very narrow and hard to navigate at first. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. They gave us a ride to the bus station when we left because the phoneline to the taxi company was busy. There are noisy pipes in this hotel so that may be a drawback to some people. Otherwise, the room condition and of the entire hotel was well kept and clean. It was a great place to stay for the value!

There was something wrong with the heat in this otherwise charming hotel in beautiful Segovia, Spain. The temperature in our room fell into freezing temperatures during the night, and we could never get a satisfactory explanation of why--we came to believe they are trying to save money by turning off the heat at night. They also gave us blankets so thin they provided no warmth either. It was very cold in Segovia at that time, so we spent three miserable nights there. Each night we were told the problem had been corrected but it never was. When we finally decided to depart ahead of schedule, and explained the reason why, the manager at the desk seemed disinterested and unconcerned. It was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We ended up with very bad colds and lost several touring days.
