The beds could be better in cabins esp when paying 200 a night and pillows. Shower head was malfunctioning and leaking and they fixed immediately after informing them.
Hot tub not working again this is 2nd time staying here and both times under maintenance.
The property is lovely; we stayed at a dog friendly cabin and it was very clean, comfortable and quiet with a lovely view. It had a little patio with a barbecue grill and an above ground fire pit for wood which they sell there at a decent price. A very nice and helpful fellow named Kim checked us in and made us feel welcome- he also gave us all the further information we might need for our stay. We will definitely stay here again!
very nice and quiet place. Ridiculous speed limit.. 5 mph, tried and my manual car would stall.
Beside this weird policy, it’s a very nice place to relax and rewind.
Everyone was so nice here. Our first cabin had a bad water heater so they moved us to another one. They found my daughter’s airpods in the first cabin and were kind enough to walk them over to us. Would definitely stay here again.
Bunk beds are small, but good for kids. Pull out bed is not the nicest for two people to sleep on. Bed is nice. Two TVs with DirectTV is nice. Bathroom is small. Shower is hot, but shower head could be nicer. The main lodge without the pool is nice. Mini-Golf needed to be swept to get the rocks off the holes. Pool and hot tub are getting renovated. Looks like it will be nice when done. Advertised for Sedona but about 25 minutes away.

The staff was so friendly! The cottage we rented was perfect for our family. The room was fully furnished as well! I wish we had stayed here the full trip, so great!
I gave a gift to my kids/grandkids of staying at this wonderful spot. They enjoyed their stay, and found it a great place to stay that had easy access to the area’s many attractions.
Really nice location! Huge property with RV and camping spots and some mini cabins. Fun things to do on the property too. We got a pet friendly cabin that sleeps 4 but with two average sized adults, 11 year old and medium sized dog it was very cramped in the cabin. Would have been comfortable for just 2 people or one person with a dog in my opinion. Very clean and welcoming. Everything else except the size of the cabin was great!
It was really nice, the cabin was nice, the bbq was out of propane it was manage very quickly. The different people we have to deal with at the front gate with with were amazing and they really love what they do. Don't hesitate to ask question, they want to help you. Our family really enjoyed our stay
We rented a cabin for one night. Pros: Quiet, clean, and grounds were well kept.
Cons: The sofa bed desperately needs a new mattress. The mattress was broken down to the point that you could feel every spring within it. The vinyl sofa itself had been repaired with brown duct tape. Hopefully the mattress(as well as the sofa) will be replaced ASAP. It is a bare bones cabin with potential. A little updating would go a long way, but as it stands I would not recommend.
Loved staying in the cabin. My late husband and I had stayed here often in our RV. The cabin was perfect for me and peaceful and quiet. My only complaint is the internet was not very good. But they had sat tv.
Stayed here for pool, Wi-Fi, laundry, and great views. NO pool, NO Wi-Fi, NO laundry. No views from our cabin. AC was set so if wouldn't go below 73 which meant 76 in the bedroom. Never again at a TT. Should not even be listed on Hotels.com

Hi Jim, I do apologize the pool was shutdown for remodel, never a good time to remodel a pool as it does limit the main amenities our park has to offer, especially this time of year. And wifi is complimentary in our lodges though in your cabin it is managed by a 3rd party Jabba. I would've been happy to work with you on getting a cabin with a view but when booking through the 3rd party, it is based upon what is available and listed at the time and what the user chooses. When I was messaging with you I was not aware of this request, though we did discuss that the pool would be closed. AC unit settings are designed that way so they don't freeze up in this climate as customers do try and get it so low that the unit ices up, however I do apologize for this inconvenience. I would be happy to make it up to you though, if you're going to be in this area again, I will be sure to get you a canyon view unit. Let me know when a good time is to call you. We always want to make sure our customers leave satisfied because it is a very beautiful and unique property.
We had a great stay in a pet friendly cabin and used this as our homebase to visit Jerome and Cottonwood. Off leash pet area close to the cabin was kept neat and clean. The pool was amazing and well kept. Close to lots of quick food options and easy to find right off the highway.
The views are amazing. But it felt that we were invading someone else's property. As a first time cabin dweller of 5 days, it seemed like the long term RV campers are first priority and their comfort is more important than the one-timers like my family. I will still come back.
We had a great stay in the cabin. Place is clean and cozy. It has a kitchenette and a full size refrigerator . Our cabin was close to the swimming pool and spa. The main lodge has a mine golf and pool table and library for kids. I highly recommend this place!
I wasn't sure what to expect when I found these accommodations. Cottonwood was sold out of hotel rooms and the cabins at the rv park was my last option. So glad I found this place because the service at gate was helpful and super welcoming, the cabin was clean, quaint, easy to find and exactly what I needed. I was in town for the wine festival so did not use any of amenities offered on property but it's 2 minutes up road from the Alcantara winery that I highly recommend to visit (definitely try their Malbec). I plan to return with my family for a camping trip, the kids would love this place.
What a beautiful area!! The cabin was nice n clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Cabin was advertised as Queen and 2 twin beds, it was a Queen and Bunk beds. Not suitable for 3 70 ladies. To add insult the bunk beds were not even made and only 1 set of sheets were provided. Big disappointment.

Hi there, I do apologize that the twin beds were not properly listed as bunk beds and have submitted request to programmers/3rd party website to adjust description so it is more clear. We do leave extra linen packs for the sofa sleeper and bunks and there is staff on site/on duty if you needed any extra linen/replacements or there whereabouts as there are 2 linen pack bins in the unit typically for these beds. We would've been happy to assist. Bunks and sofa sleepers are not often used so we provide the extra linen in case. If the unit has been shorted linens we always like to correct the errors same day when the issue arises. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
