“Location perfect!”

As wine club members of the local wineries, we come here quarterly. The location is PERFECT! You have easy access to Cornville, Cottonwood and Jerome. If you want to go to Sedona then it's close to that as well. When we visit we spend all of our time in the three little towns and there is more than enough to do there.

“Excellent motel for the $$”

Only one minor complaint. The pool and juccuzzi were next to the main drag. and the fence had no privacy barriers.

“Very impressive for a motel.”

Being that this was a motel, my expectations were not very high before I arrived. I must say I was very impressed with the room. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The nicest motel I have stayed in.

“For short notice nice. Will go Back.”

The hotel was nice and comfortable. The only problem that was a concern was the squeeky floor above 104. After tthe people left above us it was nice and quite.

“I Got what I Paid For”

I needed a place to stay for 1 night. Didn't want any frills or expect anything EXTRA.It was a very comfortable stay and the staff people I dealt with were nice.

“Deserves 3 STARS (at least!)”

Sedona travelers - this hotel is a great bargan!! The drive to Sedona is fast. I don't know why it only has 2 stars - it deserves 3! I picked it for the price and I got more than expected. The room, lobby (including restroom), the complementary breakfast area and grounds (including pool & hot tub) were clean and well maintained. The operators were also owners and pride of ownership really shows. No surprise fees for roll away bed or extra towels or taxes, etc.

“Great weekend in Cottonwood”

It was great! Clean and very easy to get everywhere we wanted to in the area. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. It was a great get away.
