Rooms have real character with quality fittings Room maintenance/condition outstanding Set in spectacular fortress, great view from window Great welcome from reception desk, anticipating our arrival - best ever. Parking is intimately part of the hotel, none of the usual concern about whether your car is at risk overnight. Would expect to pay at least twice this price for similar hotel in the UK

Very interesting location - inside a large fort. Great rooms and first class service. Worth booking ahead if you want to eat in the hotel restaurant, but there are plenty of eating places within a short walking distance.

“Fantastic Hotel”

Fantastic hotel, stopped on the return leg of a driving trip around France, Italy and Germany (no Germany next time!) Would recommend for any couples looking for somewhere romantic to stop over at. Friendly service and fantastic rooms!

“A Castle Setting”

Unusual setting,within castle walls and easy walk to town centre. Comfortable rooms,warm in winter, very clean bathrooms. Hotel restaurant expensive but reasonable places to eat in Sedan itself.

“Will return again one day”

Le Chateau is the best accomodation I have had in France and is one of the best places I have stayed in. Considering the cost being cheaper than Burgunday region and Paris (my other two points of stay), it was surprisingly a luxurious stay in a well maintained Chateau, with my room on the sixth floor w/downstair living room and upstairs bedroom. It came with 2.5 bathroom and a huge terrace. The restaurants in town are 4 min away at most, and I found the ambiance at the hotel and restaurants to be enchanting
