"Perfect!"
I don't have anything negative to say about our stay. The room was amazing, the staff was courteous and exceedingly helpful, and the hotel was a block away from Pike Market.

"Nice hotel, downtown, close to the action"
Overall good, attentive staff, good restaurant/bar downstairs, good workout rooms. Lobby dirty (bad first impression), needed vacuuming rugs off side entrance. For the price, expected more than this. Drunk partiers next door kept us up our last night until 4am, they even tried to get into our room. We had noisy spot right off elevator luckily rooms kinda soundproof

"Great views and location"
Great views and location to waterfront, running and striking distance to Pike's place market. The AC in the room was a little loud and inconsistent and we couldn't open the window due to the trains. Room was very clean and homey with a nice bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful but wouldn't liked complimentary coffee in the lobby area for guests. I mean we're in Seattle where great coffee roams free.

"Located at waterfront"
The hotel is huge, located right on the waterfront in Seattle. Rooms are pretty basic, nothing special. You will pay extra big money for anything you want .. wifi, food, and parking. Parking is $45 per night, just obscene. There is no free breakfast of any kind, it's like $20 each for a basic buffet. Everyone has their palm out for tips. Room rate for our stay mid-July was $600 including parking and taxes. The only reason we stayed here is to miss morning traffic, so we could get the Victoria Clipper check-in. Other than something like that, you're better off at Sea-Tac hotels.

"Stay-at Ginosi- Seattle"
The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The views were amazing! However- We have several reasons for our lower rating 1. the staff, not at the facility but on the phone. We found them very hard to understand- strong accents, and not accommodating.(not the slightest change was allowed- we understood on the phone that we were able to add a day but found out we did not get it when we got there the next week-it was so hard to understand the person on the phone, or we didn't reserve parking in advance-and requested if parking could be offered at check-in, NO, you are on your own! not even suggestions were given!) 2. Parking charges can add up fast as it's NOT free anywhere. It would have been nice to have some suggestions about parking and where to stay that extra night we needed, as we have never been to Seattle before, not familiar with the areas- I would only recommend staying there if you do your own homework ahead of time and hopefully you won't have to change your schedule due to meetings-- they will NOT accommodate!

    Life by the Water

Constant arrivals of ferries, ships, and pleasure boats at the marinas bring a thrilling energy to the neighborhood. Eyes belonging to people of all ages glow with excitement at the sight of arcades, novelty stores, and fun restaurants. Bike paths and fishing piers draw outdoor enthusiasts. Expect to enjoy a meal or two at trendy breweries and seafood joints.

    Seattle Weather

Despite what movies and television have shown you, it doesn’t always rain in Seattle. Of course, there’s something romantic about the mixture of fog and sprinkles nature creates when it does. While winters here are damp, summers are relatively dry. The city experiences moderate amounts of snowfall throughout the winter. Enjoy temperatures of 5 degrees Celsius on waterfront piers during a winter holiday. Temperatures linger near a pleasant 19 degrees Celsius in the thick of summer. Fall and early spring feature moderate temperatures and frequent sprinkles. Leaving your hotel each morning with a steaming cup of coffee in one hand and an umbrella in the other will help you fit in with the natives.

    Explore the Seattle Waterfront

Mark your map for Pioneer Square, Shilshole Marina, and Myrtle Edwards Park for full views of the water. A detailed visit to the Seattle Aquarium is simply a must when vacationing in Washington.
