“Will be back!”

Our experience was wonderful! The room was nicely appointed, with a great view of the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Woody, the perfect "lodge dog." The Woodmark is Seattle's best place to stay.

“Great quiet hotel in excellent location”

“Don't Miss the Woodmark Hotel when in Seattle/Kirkland”

Beautiful location, very nice rooms, staff very helpful. Would stay there again next time I am in the Seattle area. It is the ONLY hotel located directly on Lake Washington. Beautiful view of the lake.

“Hidden Gem”

I recently stayed at the Woodmark Hotel and was so impressed. The inviting welcome by every staff member made me feel comfirtable and at ease. Super friendly Antonio and Miranda were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the hotel and its history. Both of them are an asset to the hotel. I love the unique touches the hotel has - like "raid the fridge"! Every night at 11pm guests can come down and enjoy complimentary snacks and appetizers. Their onsite restaurant had great menu choices. You cant go wrong at this hotel - overlooking the lake view and in its mini community. Loved it!!

“Won't go back again”

We were hoping to have a quiet relaxed time with a lakeview room and balcony to celebrate out 35th anniversary. We did not get that. Our room was right over the wedding tent which hosted two weddings on our one and only full day there lasting until 11:15 p.m. Instead of hearing the soft whoosh of the water outside our door we heard hours of deep bass pounding music, loud talking and laughter. When we did try to use our balcony it was so full of spider webs and spiders we had to take a towel to wipe everything down. Even at that the little creatures came into our room as soon as we opened the sliding glass door. The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was well-lit with a nice shower and tub. I was not able to get wifi to work although it was on, the connection was only 'fair' and I could not access the internet. We thought we had made a great plan for a short get-away w/e but the Woodmark was well below our expectations. At checkout we did let them know about the noise and how late the party went on. Apparently 'they were supposed to move everything inside by 9:00 p.m.' They may well have done this but with a hot summer evening and the doors wide open this did not change the impact of the guests partying or the music's bass tones. Thanks for asking.

“would definately stay there again”

this hotel is in a beautiful location just far enough from the city but not to far. Breakfast was ok and lunch and dinner not bad but make a reservation for dinner cause the resturante fills up with people there for conferences. the bar closes early so don't plan on a nightcap. overall the staff is very friendly and helpful and the resort has a beautiful sunset and is very clean and has an exceptional workout room once you can find it. not much for other dining in the area so if you want other dining options you have to head to the city.

Make the drive to Mount Rainer while you are there it takes about 2 hours but is worth the ride

“Amazing View!”

Overall, we are very impressed with the hotel: the service is great, the hote1l is very well maintained, and the view is simple unbeatable. Areas of improvements: 1) the bed and pillows need to be upgraded 2) so is the gym
