“Second Time was not the charm”
This was my second stay at the Warwick and it did not live up to the 1st stay. Room was next to elevators, noisy with some sort of mechanical generator/compressor running fairly constantly. View was of the parking lot vs city. Front desk were courteous location was convienent. Just the noise along with a worker using a hammer in the early evening was annoying. Will give one more chance when I need to go back to Seattle and see if the stay returns to my positive 1st experience.
“good location old but nice”
Hotel was clean, hot tub was not super hot but overall no complaints, would stay here again, front desk staff were very friendly & helpful
“Quick stay”
The Warwick has seen better days, in that it is aging. Some might day it has character. However, the restaurant and lounge service was first rate and the food tasty. The staff service, including parking garage attendants, appeared happy to help. My room looked out over the street and I was awakened once by street sounds. The bed was comfortable and hotel near the event I came to town to attend. So, my complaints are minimal.
“Check out the Westin instead.”
This hotel was filthy and run down. Guest services were scant and an upgrade will cost you. Hotel parking was a pain and very costly. The bathroom was dirty and I do not recommend staying in anything below the 10th floor. I will not return to this hotel.
“Location is great”
The reason I would recommend this hotel is because of the closeness to the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. The hallways smelled strange and the elevators were cramped. The towels were a bit hard though I loved the pressure of the shower. Wifi was not free in the hotel room
“nice but they ll nickle and dime you...”
Nice location, was able to walk everywhere. Only complaint would be the fridge was filled full of stuff to sell and we were unable to use it for stuff we brought back and you need a key to open it. And you need to pay for the internet $11 a day. Really felt nickled and dimed.
“Nice room, not nice view”
We booked this room as the last leg of our Seattle/Portland vacation. It was resonably priced and we were impressed by how nice the room was. There was a sliding glass door that opened up to a terrible view of the next building three feet away (3rd floor). The service and location were great!
“Nothing bad, nothing great.”
The Warwick isn't bad - but I would probably recommend going to a large chain hotel like The Westin a block away. We had a newly renovated Executive King room, which was nice, but rather small. The HD TV was hooked up so it wasn't HD and most channels came in fuzzy. The bathroom couldn't hold both of us in there at the same time. The staff was extremely helpful, and were more than happy to help with any request, no questions asked from them. The lobby is small, and overall most of the hotel could use a big renovation. Parking is $27 per day, be prepared! Nothing terrible, nothing great.
“NO WAY 3,5 STARS”
We had booked a mystery hotel (one where you do not know what you get until you book it) and the Warwick hotel was not the best of experiences. It is to be expected that you do not get the best category available but this hotel has a wide variance between the high categories and the low ones - the one we were in was right at the bottom end. First, of all it bordered right onto the car park. We literally could have shook hands with someone unloading the trunk of their car. Also, somoone had clearly smoked in the room. When I went to the front desk to discuss this I was told this was a non-smoking room but that maybe smoke came in through the open balcony doors. This room had no balcony and people had obviously smoked inside with the window open. When I asked for a different room I was informed there was nothing else available (hard to believe) and that housekeeping could come and spray our room instead. We would have preferred a different experience! Do not book this unless you are sure which category you are getting.
“Warwick Hotel”
Great location. We were right in the center and able to walk to many of the downtown attractions. We used the Link rail to get to the hotel at night and the day we left the hotel staff got us a car service. I would recommend this hotel
