“Terrible parking”
This hotel rents parking space as it it close to airport but no concern for hotel guests parking. Would not go back again.
“Want to be up at 3AM with the police!!”
The hotel was very convenient. However, the management needs to watch who is visiting their hotel. I did not like getting woken up at 3:30AM by someone pounding on the door next door. Then had to listen to the visitors and management use four letters words. Things were quite for about 20 minutes, then the police starting pounding on the door next door. Told the desk clerk when we checked out. He didn't even care. Stay if you like to hear visits from the police!!!
“Good location”
Nice and clean, within walking distance to the Light Rail Tukwila Station. Fast food, Chinese food, Mini Mart is near by; convenient. My husband & I did not sleep on Thursday night, the guests next door were making noice all night long, hope to see improvement in this area. Overall, this is a good hotel.
“Noisy”
GREAT staff!! Noisy as I was in room 218 and the mechanical noise on the roof?? was very loud and actually vibrated in the bathroom. Need better pillows!! Staff was exceptional. B'fast was exceptional. Location was exceptional. Check-in 7/10 57033507
“Wouldn't stay in this Motel if you paid me”
I stayed here (2-nights) as part of a package and didn't check the hotel rating close enough. First of all, its cheap, so if you want or need cheap for one night it may work. Second, the location is not bad, close to Sea-Tac and the Soundlink light rail into downtown BUT the neighborhood is not good and potentially dangerous (You have to wonder when you pull into a parking lot full of police cars and EMS units not one but two nights in a row not to meant being woken up by people yelling a couple of times both nights). Finally comfort and cleanliness, well you get what you pay for. The bed was very hard, the linen may have been clean (our wet towels were hung back up instead of replaced) and the shower curtain was literally falling off the wall (I told the staff just after we arrived and they said they'd fix it but it was the same when we left). On the positive side the room did have a microwave and mini frig plus there was a small continental breakfast every morning. I know this review sounds very negative but I call it like I see/experience it - I would not stay here again - there are to many nicer places just down the road.
“Gross. I wish we had stayed some place else.”
Oh where to begin. Well first of all they wrote our room number on a sticker on our room card, so if we dropped it by accident or had it stolen, someone would have known exactly where to use it to steal our stuff. At first glance of our room we saw that there were stains on the walls, and the sheets and blankets had cigarette burns all over them. I went to ask the front desk for a new set of sheets and the guy said he'd need to go to the store to go buy some more. We left and came back later that night to find that they hadn't replaced the sheets yet. So I went to the front desk again. They said they forgot what room we were in and couldn't figure it out and handed me a set of sheets. I ended up going to Target to buy a blanket that I trusted. When we changed the sheets out there was hair everywhere on the mattress cover and under the mattress cover were sunflower seeds. It was pretty disgusting. The next day we came back to find our bathroom had about an inch of water on the floor. After checking that the shower and toilet hadn't leaked we decided that the cleaning staff must have just tossed a bucket of water in there and called it done. The water soaked into the rug surrounding the bathroom door too. Besides that the place was supposed to have 24 hour wi-fi, but at around 10:30 every night it would stop working and wouldn't come on until around 9am. We asked about it but they said it's always on. It was the worst part of our whole trip. DON'T STAY HERE
“Worst hotel in my travels”
There was a party in the room above mine...on a Wednesday night. It went on for hours. I tried to call the front desk at 4:30 or 5AM and no one answered for 15 minutes. I called again and someone finally answered and assured me they'd take care of it. I urged him to call the police. He said he would. The noise subsided for maybe 30 seconds and started back up louder than before. After 10 minutes I called again and insisted that the police be called immediately. I repeated it over and over and over til he got the point and hung up. 10 minutes later I heard him yelling at the guests, demanding to know how many people were in the room. Some left immediately, while others took ~45 minutes to pack up. My guess is that there were 10 people partying in that room all night. We got no sleep the entire night. When we went to check out a bottle of beer was smashed against our door. It also appeared that the car parked in front of our room was damaged; thankfully not mine. At check out I demanded a refund. The clerk took my number and said the owner would call me. No one ever called me back. I travel frequently. I've been to 48 states. I stay in hotel 2-3 dozen nights per year. This is my worst hotel experience EVER. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP.
“Get what you pay for, but not as bad as other reviews say...”
Obviously this isn't going to be the greatest place to stay, but for the cheap rate, I'm willing to do without some things. Just make sure to get a non-smoking room. We stayed here for 3 nights on a weekend trip to Seaattle, it takes less than 15 minutes to get to the major attractions (Space Needle, Pike's market, Alki beach, etc..) and it is very close to the freeway. The biggest problem was parking, at almost every time of day, every single spot was full..so have your fingers crossed. Also the night crew shuttle driver should be fired...but other than that, this was a good cheap place to stay while sight seeing.
“The worst hotel ever”
We checked in with our two young kids late in the evening after a show. When we got into the room it was freezing. I cranked the heat to high and all snuggled up by the heater and ate while the room warmed up. If it wasn't so late and the room prepayed we would have left. Then the toilet clogged in the early morning and it took two calls to the front desk and an hour of waiting to get it fixed. This hotel just totally sucked.
“Could be better.”
Too many "strangers" walking around the area that don't belong there and hanging around the rooms outside . Did not feel comfortable walking around later in the evening .
