“Satisfactory, staff great!”
We wanted a hotel near the airport, but not at the airport. This hotel was not as close to the airport as we thought it would be, however they do have a free airport shuttle. The shuttle runs every hour on the hour, but we were able to negotiate another time. Rooms smelled strongly of bleach, but were clean and neat. The best thing about this hotel was the friendly and helpful desk staff. All 3 staff members we encountered went out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. They made the stay enjoyable.
“Very helpful staff”
We chose this hotel because of several features including free wifi, breakfast, and kitchen. We would come back for the wonderful staff. The people at the front desk were very helpful in planning visits to downtown Seattle, and were just super friendly, and wanted to know how things were going with our visit. They were knowledgable about the area and made great suggestions about places to park and places to visit.
“Surprisingly nice”
We stayed for one night when our flight was cancelled. It is not right at the airport, but they run a free shuttle to & from there AND the light rail for downtown Seattle. We had no problems with the shuttle at all. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Very happy with our stay.
“Nice Hotel that could use better reception”
The hotel was nice as expected, complemetary breakfast was above average, I was pleasently surprised with the breakfast. Room was nice & had several comodities that was nice additions. Had shuttel to the airport which is very convinient when your from out of town. Receptionist was not helpful at all. Waited a while for her to end her personal call with who I presume is her boyfriend (judging from the convo) to be attended to, but she was my only let down. Overall a nice hotel, worth the price!

“great value”
This was a very nice room for the price. The breakfast was very plain, but adequate. Good location behind near a large mall yet far enough away not to hear the traffic. Good value for the money. Will stay again.
“I'll definitely be back”
This was a fabulous hotel for the price we paid. The room was spacious, comfortable, and private and had many amenities. The whole hotel had a really nice feel to it--almost more like a condo complex than a traditional hotel. It is centrally located but quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change would be to have a better breakfast, but with your own kitchen in the room, you can just make your own.
“Cottage Feel”
This hotel has a great location--close enough to Southcenter and Seattle to be quite convenient, but away from the busy feel of other airport locations. I would definitely go back here again.

It was an older hotel but nice. Very convenient for getting to & from the airport.
