“A funky renovated historic hotel”

When I arrived in Seattle at the Hotel I said wow what a nice hotel made of brick. Prices are great, staff were helpful, surprisingly the bathroom was the smallest I have ever been in. I would recommend this hotel~!

We stayed here before and we will stay here again. A wonderful Hotel to stay in while in walking distance to all downtown Seattle and Farmers Market.

The "single" rooms are a little small but overall nice and I was lucky to get a "room with a view". The hotel is in a great location. This is my third visit as I try to stay here when I visit Seattle.

“Definitively recommendable”

It was a very satisfactory six days staying for me and my wife. The room was comfortable and perfectly silent. We went to Seattle to assist to a conference, and though we had the chance to move to the conference hotel (Crown Plaza), where we could pay a lower fare and save some walking, our choice was to remain in the Roosevelt. For us Mexicans, prices could be high, but finding better fares in Seattle is not an easy task.

“Great location!”

The hotel staff were extremly pleasant and very helpful upon our arrival. The lobby was really nice and the restaurant was very good (and relatively cheap considering it's a hotel restaurant). The location cannot be beat, I have stayed in other hotels in Seattle and this was by far the most central. The decor is a little 1985 and we had to drag the TV towards our beds, the room is an L shape. Aside from that, the beds were comfy and the room quiet (we did wear ear plugs)

Very nice Hotel, right where you want to stay if you have business in town, and very close to great nightlife.

I only stayed 2 nights but it immediately felt like home! The staff were extremely courteous, friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone lucky enough to be staying in the beautiful city of Seattle. It is immaculate in presentation and ideally situated in downtown Seattle.
