“Excellent in every way”
Great location, all of the necessary creature comforts, immaculate rooms and lobby, helpful concierge and front desk staff
“Paramount review”
Nice stay in a BIG town. Courteous staff. Modern rooms.
“Great place to stay”
We were totally impressed by this hotel. The building is very nice and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. In the middle of all the action, close to shopping and all amenities. Thank you Paramount for a very pleasant stay in Seattle.
“Nice downtown location”
We enjoyed our stay; the concierge was extremely helpful and the room was comfortable. We took the train, so we (thankfully) didn't have to deal with the parking or traffic. The restaurant was excellent, but be warned that the dishes are designed to be ordered in multiples; great food, probably the best of our stay, but not a bargain, per se. We didn't have breakfast there, though we certainly would have tried it if we had more time.
“First time guest - Can't wait to go back!”
First time guest at this location. A very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. The lobby is very inviting, with comfortable chairs next to a warm fireplace. It isn't as noisy like some other hotel lobbies. A plus, for sure. The staff is friendly and courteous. The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. I've gotta find out where I can get those soft pillows for back home! Many hotel bathrooms are plain, no frills. I was very pleased with the layout of the bathroom. The added toiletries were a nice touch. The closet had an electronic safe in it, which I normally use when I travel. I was on the 6th floor not far from the elevators but I couldn't hear them at all during the day or night. Thank goodness! The business center really isn't a business center. It's just two computers near the front desk, but you have to stand in order to use them. Suggestion: Perhaps two bar stool type chairs would be a good idea for this area. Also, my view consisted of two office buildings and another hotel. I'm not going to complain about it because I didn't spend that much time in my room anyway. I wanted to see the sights and enjoy the outdoors. Also, I got back to my room late one night after a long day of sightseeing on one of the islands, so I decided to order some room service. I had the tastiest cheeseburger! Keep up the great work. This was my first time staying at the Paramount and will definitely not be the last. See you next year!
“Great deal”
The hotel staff could not have been nicer, it was central to everything and the rooms were very nice! I would definately stay there again.
“Definitely Would Stay Here Again”
Great hotel and location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very nice rooms and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
“Nice modern hotel recently renovated to high standards”
This is a good choice for Downtown Seattle. Very well maintained and managed. My only minor complaint is some noise from the plumbing, also from the street and from an adjacent building's hvac system. Other rooms might not have this problem. Be aware that Downtown Seattle can be a bit unnerving late at night when things get quiet and only the occasional passer by or homeless person wanders by. Overall a good hotel very convenient for shopping.
“Lovely”
My room was spacious, clean, quiet and lovely. I arrived at 8:30 am and the staff was very accomodating, allowing me to check in early and begin my day. They provided accurate directions to Capitol Hill, and to the train station the following morning. Since I was traveling alone, I was concerned about the neighborhood but there was no need to worry. I felt quite safe walking around. I would definitely stay here again.
“Nice hotel in good location”
The hotel is within walking distance to most of the major attractions in downtown Seattle. It was very clean and well kept. The room was a nice size and had everything you could want or need for a nights stay. There were two computer workstations off the lobby for your use as well as wireless available.
