This was my first time staying at the Edgewater. It was an amazing place!! We got a view room of the sound and it was worth it!! We will be back. The rental bikes didn't work which was frustrating but the hotel credited us back for the daily rate. It meant a lot!! I appreciated it so much!! The claw foot bathroom was so incredible!! You must go!!

Location was ideal for walking to many of the attractions including Pike Market. It was right on the waterfront so the views were spectacular.

I love the nostalgia concerning the hotel, that’s why we chose to stay there. The bear claw tub was really a neat surprise. I wanted to buy a Beatles shirt, but $55.00 for a very thin tshirt was a joke and a disappointment.

Was told I could check in at 3:30-4 via text, was then told my room with a balcony over the water would be ready in 15-30minutes. Finally got to our “nicest room” at 5pm, of which I paid extra for. There was no balcony, so then I go back down to get my room with a balcony. Incredibly unprofessional and not valuing there customers time, nowhere near worth the cost, will never come back again. Restaurant is good though! Will go back there. Also had to bring my own bags up which is ridiculous considering the $850 I paid for a single night. Room was also incredibly dirty, with bird poop all over the balcony, incredibly unprofessional

This hotel is such a nice place to stay prior to a cruise. I am a solo traveler and felt safe here. The bed was comfy, the rooms decorated really cute and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. The view of the bay is amazing.

Not worth the money. Would not stay again. My room was advertised as having water views but I overlooked a dock building and a parked cruise ship. Extremely noisy, party hotel. Rooms very old and found prior occupants belongings in bathroom. Staff very nice and helpful

This is a great hotel right on the water and I had only 1 complaint. I had spent 1 month travelling in the west and northwest US staying in every class of hotel/motel from 2 star to 5 star but the Edgewater was by far the most expensive. Because of the location and the fact that my wife and I were celebrating our 50th anniversary I was prepared to pay to stay in the Edgewater. However, I was not prepared for the worst Wifi of our trip. I feel that when paying more than $500 per night that the wifi should be at least good. With today’s wifi demands of devices it is necessary that the signal be good.

I so appreciated the incredible assistance provided from caring front desk to the Valet/Bell Captains who ferried me back and forth to Victoria Clipper. Because of my infirm condition they went the extra mile for me! Made everything so seamless and perfect! Breakfast of Dungeness Eggs Benedict was outstanding and well priced! Overall 11 out of 10! This hotel is way too expensive and there are lots of hidden fees and charges not mentioned in the original price. Expedia however were very good and understood the issues.

What a bust. Paid for an upgraded, water room. We were staring right at about 20 feet of water and then a large building. There is no pool or bathtub. There was too much to complain about to the front desk. Light bulbs out in the room, TV not working, etc. There is no food included in the stay, in fact, nothing is included. You have to park at their location and it was $60 a night! I wouldn't care but I could see them walk to my car the parking lot was so close. Received a bill for over $300 after we checked out. Some of that is parking, I'm still trying to figure out the rest of the charges since we did not use anything at the hotel. The valet was friendly once you got their attention but nobody was going out of their way to be helpful. I'd stay away, there are many nice hotels nearby.

Was a beautiful place to stay. Valet was kind of frustrating, wish there was the option to park your own car. In-room dining was also frustrating, but the men who delivered my room service were very very nice. Probably the nicest ones out of my whole stay. I would stay here again just because of the view.

The hotel is absolutely lovely. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The lobby and lounge were cozy and their floor to ceiling windows offered incredible views. My husband enjoyed the complimentary record players and awesome album collection. The coffee shop was a great first stop each morning offering nice cappuccinos. The rooms are well decorated and offer wonderful amenities, including a cozy fireplace. My only complaint from our stay was the train crossing across from the hotel. Trains came past all through the night and the dinging from the crossing was too loud for me and my husband since we are both light sleepers. I will definitely stay on the water side next time.

Fireplace did not work and had maintenance come and fix. The next day, it did it work again. Everything else was wonderful!
