This hotel was very convenient to a wedding I attended. It was everything I needed it to be. It was clean, the breakfast was great - and I was there Easter morning - the staff put on an egg hunt for the kiddos in the hotel, which was adorable!

Nice, hotel, only in the reception they do not speak Spanish, as they said in the descriptions, the rest of the staff if it is Spanish-speaking, good treatment, a quiet and pleasant stay.

This place was amazing. Friendly staff all around. Great room! We are a family of 4, and travelling from Canada. We had a 1 bedroom suite. Kids slept on the sofa bed no problem. Loved having a full size kitchen, with full fridge, sink, dishwasher and stove. Plates and utensils were clean to use. Love having the free access to laundry. They have a “social” Monday - Wednesday in the main area where they offer free hot appetizer and free beer & wine. Their hot breakfast was so great and loved the varieties of food each day. Great value for this place. Felt safe with the parking and front entrance. Would definitely come back here again for our next stay, and highly recommend this to everyone.

Vehicle parking unground, if you have a truck you will have to make other parking arrangements. Compact SUVs will make it okay. But full size SUVs are a hit or miss. When you have a 3pm checkin it could be an hour or later before you can really checkin.

Couldn't figure out how to keep lights on, wasn't explained. No blanket for sofa bed. Bathroom door wouldn't close all the way so didn't lock. No views.

I stayed here for two nights in February 2024 and really enjoyed my stay. The room was fantastic and spacious, it literally had everything I needed and more. The staff is phenomenal, they are very friendly and willing to help. Emily at the front desk is so sweet… I arrived at the hotel very early and no rooms were available for early check-in and she did everything possible to get me a room as soon as possible! Everything was clean, the breakfast was great, and there’s a 24 hour gym which was a big bonus for me! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!

This is my go-to place to stay if I'm going anywhere around Fremont. Staff is excellent, rooms are just like being at home. Gentlemen that run the breakfast buffet in the morning are exceptional!

Customer service was excellent. Location was good, condition of the room was good. I got a king bed suite for an awesome price. Cleanliness was the only thing we had an issue with. Our room was fine, just some hairs in the bathtub. Our friends had vomit in their bathroom and had to change rooms, but I would say that probably was a fluke and the cleanliness of the hotel altogether was pretty good. I would probably stay here again in the future just because it's pretty great quality for the price.

A Disappointment This Stay
Very difficult to reach on Aurora if traveling from Northgate area. Was told last time by staff to mention we were there for medical procedure at U W for possible upgrade, so I did. Had opposite effect...was given basic room with small bed on 2nd floor right next to busy road with loud traffic. The couch upholstery was shabby and torn, the fire sprinkler leaked water from the ceiling onto kitchen floor and was a slip hazard, the pool had zero pool towels and the coffee bar had no hot chocolate. Breakfast had no potatoes or meat. I was disappointed as my other 2 stays were delightful and everything had been super. Not this time, it was like they changed managers, and this one does not emphasize attention to detail. We will choose a different hotel for future UW appointments.

Enjoyed our stay. The unit was great. Comfortabl bed and good kitchen amenities. Location very convenient for when we took the bus into town. The downsides…. Parking garage a bit tight for our larger vehicle. Thought it was not great to not offer breakfast till 7.30 am in the weekend - this is really too late for people who need to travel or get on the road for other reasons. Even 7 am would have been better. 6.30 am good during the week.
