We were very satisfied with this hotel. Would recommend it to anyone, no matter how picky they are. Location was good too. Breakfast the next morning was a real treat!

The room was very clean, the pool and hot tub were nice, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It is also just a cab drive away from downtown. The only thing that I wish I would have known in advance is that parking is $14 dollars a night and the hotel is the only parking available. But that is a small price to pay for the great time we had.

“Wonderful Place”

I went to Seattle to look at apartments and get away for a couple days at the beginning of January. Unfortunately huge snow storms in the midwest canceled out almost an entire two days of my trip. Spring Hill Suites was very accomodating and refunded me for the missed days. The continental breakfast was great! Delicious waffles and selections of Seattle's Best Coffee. The vallet car sevice is very handy and not insanely priced. I only used the free shuttle service to the Seattle Center once, but it was very handy and had my trip been longer I know I would have used it often. The location is great if you need easy access to I5. And with internet rates and specials its a fairly economical hotel as well.

Right from the outset, staff at Springhill made my family feel right at home. It is extremely clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the free breakfast(substantial), and shuttle to the Seattle Center(other locations are available) with timely pick up. When we travel to Seattle this is the Hotel we will stay in.

Arrived mid-afternoon. The hotel was clean, modern-looking, and the staff were friendly. The rooms are well equipped, and the t.v. offers lots of options. The swimming pool and hot tub were well maintained and up-to-date. Breakfast was the best I've ever had in any hotel that includes a breakfast. So often, breakfast in a hotel means a pastry and a weak coffee. Springhill Suites, however, offers a huge, fresh, smorgasboard! The free shuttle was a life saver for our group, especially for kids who get tired. It saved a lot of time, and the drivers were very friendly and polite. I really hope to stay at Springhill Suites again soon!

“Very Good Hotel in Downtown Seattle”

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and the eating area was not an extension of the lobby.
