“Great hotel, slow restaurant”

The hotel was right across the street from the Mariners game--loved that! Very clean, classy, safe hotel. Loved that! The only issue was the very slow service at the restaurant, but that would not stop me from staying there again.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful, rooms were nicely appointed, and had an exercise area for those who are accustomed to a daily workout. Location is perfect for going to an Mariners' game. Enjoyed the stay although the wife had a bit of trouble with the sound of the train whistle blowing throughout the night.

This hotel was great to stay in when in Seattle for a football or baseball event. The close proximity gets you "in the game" from the moment you pull into the valet parking area. Top notch service and well kept and stylish layout in every area.

“Can't wait to go back”

This was one of the best hotel experiences that I have ever had. The neighborhood was in the best location for what we wanted to do. There was a shuttle that took us right to the train station. It was very nice.

“The Best in Customer Service”

Everyone in the Hotel from the parking attendants, the restaurant waiter, the customer service reps at the front counter, and the shuttle bus driver was very friendly and curtious. The Hotel had a free shuttle service to the downtown area. Great roof top hot tub and swimming pool. We will go there again!

“Best hotel in Seattle”

I travel quite a bit and have gone to Seattle several times. This is my favorite hotel by far and will go there from now on. i give it a 10 on the scale. If you are planing to stay at a hotel I recommend any of the Silver Cloud hotels or inns.

“Very comfortable stay”

The king size was like a suite. Nice sofa to relax on and minibar with fridge and microwave. The concierge was very helpful. We were surprised by the additional fee for parking.

“Great downtown Hotel”

Was very impressed with the Hotel. Stay the night for New Years and we could even see the fireworks from the space needle from the top of the roof pool.
