“Seattle visit”

Good stay, will return if in same area again.

There was no heat in the first room so we were moved to another. Their "breakfast" was a laugh. It was about what I expected for the price.

Location was great--right across from a major mall and less than a mile to Husky Stadium. It was a little bit run-down but decently clean on the inside. The best part was that for the Expedia rate, they gave us a full-sized apartment, complete with two bedrooms and a kitchen. Very good value for the price!

If you are traveling for busines is a good place to stay. Especially if you have to visit Washington University

Good location by University Village...good travelers hotel as in not a place you want to spend a lot of time in the room (not great television, lukewarm shower) Nice looking swimming pool outside by parking lot......their Continental Breakfast served from 6am-8am is only good for those heading out that early and this makes Starbucks across the street a plus...else a good hotel for the price plus free parking!! Friendly, helpful staff thru-out!! Will stay there again!!

“Good Basic Hotel”

This was our third time staying here. It is a basic no frills hotel, the location suits our needs. We will stay here again.

“Convenient for University”

We've stayed here twice. Closest to University although transort to downtown Seattle very easy. Staff helpful and freindly. Room always prepared nicely. Easy access to University Village Mall. Would stay there again as all we require is a basic / clean hotel to use as a base.

“Great price, convienent location, great staff”

I decided to stay up in Seattle while doing Continuing education classes, and this hotel is about a 2-5 minute drive from where they are held ( next to the metro landmark cinema in the university business building ) I have stayed there twice now, and honestly, for the price it is a pretty good deal. The staff is friendly, and they were quick to respond to my needs. The continental style breakfast is basic, toast, cereal, coffee, juices, milk, and otis spunkmeyer muffins, but good. wifi works good even on 2nd floor. my only complaints were that the bed was a bit uncomfortable and we could have used 2 pillows instead of 1, and throughout the night we could hear people walking and running up and down the halls and slamming there doors, but that isnt the hotels fault ( it is right up the street from the University of WA ) so on weekends especially it can be loud. Overall i think it is exceptional for the rate i received per night and i would not only stay there again, but i would also recommend it to someone.

Very convenient location to University of Washington, helpful, accomodating staff, most reasonable rates in the area, and clean...but worn to the point of shabby. "Bear Bites Breakfast" is cold cereal, apples, cellophane-wrapped muffins yogurt and the like - not fancy, but adequate.
