“Warning! Do not stay at this hotel.”
The information provided about the amenities in this hotel does not match reality. While the location is good (it is two blocks from the Space Needle), and the price is reasonable for the area, I have paid much less for nicer hotels. The rooms are unclean and unkept. The pool is out of service. The ice machine doesn't work, and, best of all, you can expect to be treated poorly by the staff. The continental breakfast advertised consisted of a few muffins and coffee. Do not stay in this hotel!!
“This is What Happens When You Wait too Long to Book”
Not a business class hotel - no alarm, no Internet, and no amenities at all. It was rundown, but clean. I was checking in for 4 nights. When I checked in, they only had a room with 2 beds. I was staying alone. They actually asked me not to mess up the other bed so that the housekeeper wouldn't have to make it. Also, they had hardly anything to eat or drink in the lobby. What they did have was cash only and no receipts. There were any restaurants nearby, not that I'd want to walk around in that neighborhood. The surrounding neighborhood was sketchy. I wouldn't have wanted to park my own car there. On the plus side, it was near the Space Needle and less than a 10 minute car ride from downtown.
“Not impressed”
Would not recommend this hotel mainly due the lack of service received by the hotel manager when we first arrived. He could not care less about our business and was not customer orientated at all. Also the distance from the waterfront, markets and shopping area is about a 20 minute walk if not more.
“Good location, terrible breakfast”
Breakfast consisted of a single pitcher of orange juice and mini-bagels with some cream cheese packets that were room temperature. Room smelled funny. When I turned on the bathtub faucet, two or three little bugs shot out of it. But, great location for walking into the Belltown/Downtown area.
“will never go back”
room dirty, restroom ugly, elevator out of order for moe than 1 week, breakfast: dry rolls,
“Would not Recommend”
The hotel was very difficult to find and staff was unhelpful when we called to get better directions. Once we finally found the place the reservations were wrong and the hotel personnel were unorganized and rude. When we got into our room it smelt like mold and very stale. We had to open windows to try and air it out. The hotel was very old and outdated. The continental breakfast they provide consisted of a pitcher of orange juice, coffee, a couple bagels and muffins. When more guests showed up for the breakfast there was not enough and when they were asked for more they acted inconvenienced and only provided a few more bagels. Also when asked for another towel, the staff said there were two in the room already and got mad that that wasn't enough, and that was for a family with 2 kids. Very rude, I will definitely not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
“Bed Bugs Attacked”
I stayed one night in the hotel, the next day I got a lot of little bites I thought were mosquito bites. I thought this odd because I didn't remember seeing one mosquito in Seattle. Someone told me they might be bed bugs so I looked it up on line ... the bites, the symptoms and the damned itchiness match everything I saw on-line. I called the hotel and the manager quickly told me they didn't have bed bugs. Still waiting on his call back. The hotel is old,, bathroom fixtures didn't work to well, TV didn't work. I should've known there was a reason why this was the ONLY Hotel I could find in Seattle ... don't stay here!
“probably won't go back”
room was clean but it was falling apart... the entire hotel stinks like cigarettes and it is right next to the high way
“1st Stay In Seattle”
The staff was very helpful and nice. There wasnt much that came with the hotel however the stay was comfortable for the time being.
“recommend who want to travel with a cheapest price”
This hotel seems to be old. this hotel is placed at Seattle Center and 20~30 minutes far away from downtown of Seattle on foot. The price is extremely cheap, so any people will feel free to stay here, but she need to prepare her own humidity controller..
