“never will go back”

I was scared to go to sleep in this hotel We did'nt feel save the rooms were very bad there was a whole in the ceiling in the kids room they had to be moved to another room. the bathrooms had mold in the showers.

“Stay elsewhere”

First thing this hotel did was to charge me $8.00 in parking and tell me it would be $8.00 a day despite the fact that I was staying there (they said Expedia should have told me about parking). The customer service was poor (they did not tell me where my room was and the key had no # on it so I had to go back and ask) and the room although it appeared clean was run down. On a positive note it is directly across the street from Thrifty car rental return. It is not much more $ once parking is added to get a nicer hotel elsewhere.

“Not what I expected”

The first room we were given smelled like someone had smoked a carton of cigarettes in the last 24 hours of his life. I'd swear his body must also be in there. The second room was better, there were only cigarette burns on the carpeting, furniture and blanket. There was only a mattress sheet on the bed, none between the crumbly blanket and bed spread. The front desk never brought another one up that we requested. The elevator had a sign that said it all "No refunds after 10 minutes in room."

“Don't stay here”

Stayed in this hotel because it is near the airport and it is cheap. However, we found out that airport parking isn't free and was charged another for one night parking, plus airport tax. The room is dirty and old, and noisy when the cars drive by. I would definitely recommend Days Inn, which is just next to this motel.

“Dont stay here!”

Had a confirmed reservation through expedia, when we got to Seattle to call for the shuttle we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and that our reservation had been cancelled. No one had notified us prior to this that there was a problem. The agents at Expedia were given the run around when they contacted the hotel to get our money back.

“Horrible”

My stay in this hotel was HORRIBLE! The room was stinky. The bed was hard and there was no hot water in the shower. The T.V seemed like it was from the 80s, it had no signal at all. And when i asked to take the shuttle bus to the airport they wanted to leave me a block away from the airport. Overall, it was terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone.
