“Great location and polite staff, awful maintenence.”

At first glance, it was a pretty average hotel room. Bed was slightly hard, but it's a hotel, not a big deal. I started to move the 2nd bed closer to the wall since the kid has a tendancy to roll off of the bed at night. To my suprise the frame and headboard were not connected at all. The headboard leaned in towards the bed and exposed the nastiest open space where the wall was supposed to be. How does a hotel have no wall there?? Needless to say, but I'll insist. It was full of dust, webs, small trash. I'd probably be able to say more about it if I had stared at it any longer, but I had to put the headboard back into place and pretend to not have seen it just so my girlfriend wouldn't notice and make us leave instantly. There was also some trash under the area by the mini fridge that was missed. I slept fine and the bathroom was really well maintained. I just think the wall should be patched up instead of hidden from the customers.. that's honestly pretty sorry of the hotel. It was very gross. And the kid did fall. I personally would not stay there again if they offered me a free night. This is the first negative feedback I've ever given on anything.

Next time i'm thinking about sleep under a bridge. The place is dirty, no security, NO WIFI. They let a guy go upstair into my room 11:30 pm knock my door to looking for somebody ( the guy was completely drunk). My bath towel was dirty. The fridge in my room not working, the door dont close so, the carpet was wet. I ask once to change room and THEY REFUSED. If i can, next time i even pass close.

“bare bones but safe and clean”

This non chain hotel is a safe cheap solution to needing to be near the sea tac airport. They have parking for free for a week if you stay there. The chain on our door did not work, but the service was friendly and the airport shuttle quick.

“don't expect much and you'll be surprised”

everyone said the room was dirty and the service was terrible. I don't know if they started reading the reviews or i got lucky, but my room was clean and the service was great. i called the hotel from the airport and they sent a shuttle right away. don't expect much and you'll be surprised.

“Fradulent”

They gave me a key to a room, when i went to the room the room had already been given to a couple. Was a very shocking experiance, and I'm demanding a refund.

“Don't stay here”

Stayed in this hotel because it is near the airport and it is cheap. However, we found out that airport parking isn't free and was charged another for one night parking, plus airport tax. The room is dirty and old, and noisy when the cars drive by. I would definitely recommend Days Inn, which is just next to this motel.

“Kind of slummy”

The only real good thing about this was the fact that it was close to the airport. The bed was old and about ready to fall in at any moment. The floor in the bathroom made my white socks black. When we got there towels were on the floor. But only stayed for one night and got in at 10:30PM and had to get up early so I thought it ridiculous to complain. We were told that the shuttle ran every 20 minutes, we were there for 45 even after calling the front desk and asking if the shuttle was running. Anyway, over all not the greatest impression. Would not stay again.

“Bring your own sheets and shower shoes”

I had low expectations for a cheap hotel near the airport, but Sea-Tac Crest Motor Inn did not even meet those. Dirty sheets with someone else's short hairs in my bed did not make for the bet night's sleep. Dirty bathroom floors did not make me feel clean after a shower. The room did have new carpeting, but the pillows were probably older than me. I don't sleep on the floor, so I'd prefer newer pillows and clean bedding to new carpet. Spend the extra ten or twenty bucks and get a clean room.

“Sea Tac Crest Inn -”

I simply needed a bed and a shower, and that is essentially what I got. There are few amenities in the room; a small fridge, tv, and a hair dryer upon request. There was no clock in the room, but they do offer wake-up calls. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well while I was there. The front desk extremely friendly. If you just need a bed and a shower, it's perfect. If you like things like coffee in the room, etc., not recommended. Like most of the hotels in the area, there is a parking fee so be prepared to spend an extra $8-9/night above what is listed on expedia's price sheet.
