“Will definitely come back!”

The Marriott Residence Inn was fabulous! The rooms were spacious, and it was so wonderful to have a kitchen. I really appreciated all of the little things, the coffee, the microwave popcorn etc. The breakfast was amazing - this was no typical "free" breakfast - it was fabulous! The location was the only downside, but really, the trolly car runs right in front of the hotel, and takes you right downtown. So it did work out very well. I will definitely be back!

“Good overall value”

Good overall hotel and stay experience. Nice location and close to downtown; rooms are very spacious and breakfast buffet has a lot of good options. Parking is a bit expensive ($28 per night) but it is convenient.

“Had a wonderful stay”

The hotel was well maintained and the staff members were all very courteous and professional. The kitchenette and the complimentary breakfast were great added convenience when traveling with a young child, as was the heated swimming pool. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again, if we were to travel to Seattle again.

“A bit out of the way but worth the distance”

If you like the Residence Inns you will not be disappointed. The rooms are comfortably furnished, there is a separate kitchen (with a huge fridge), a nice sitting area with a lounge-sofa, and of course the separate bedroom which offers all the comforts. The kitchen was so well equipped I was impressed. They also offer grocery shopping service, something unusual and welcome for busy business guests who don't necessarily want to go out for dinner. There are a few restaurants around but they mostly serve steak or seafood. The breakfast at this hotel must be a main draw because it is very well attended. Early starts are recommended. Not as health conscious as my usual breakfast food but the hotel really strive to satisfy everyone. Hot and cold foods, the usual self-serve waffles station, etc. fresh fruit and bagels, etc. The eating areas are set on different levels or tiers so you can re-create a sense of privacy, something many couples and families will enjoy, as breakfast can often be a more intimate affair. The hotel also has a small grocery service by the front desk that carries canned goods such as soups and frozen entrees. Unfortunately, I never found vegetarian dishes there and that was a minus for the hotel. They can do better! The business center was practical and open 24/7. Front desk staff friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay. It is also a quiet part of town so you sleep well at night! Jogging around the lake in the morning also an option.

“Great Location for the Price”

The hotel is in a great location as it is only minutes drive from downtown and Pike Place. The in-suite kitchen can allow you to buy fresh seafood for a feast indoors if you decide to not eat out. The location is also close to the major freeways for any travel north or south. Swimming pool and hot tub are nice, but the gym could use a little work as some of the equipment was broken.

“Visit on the 4th of July, they do a great job!”

This hotel just went all non smoking. Congratulations. Now they need to recarpet or do something to the rooms so they do not have stale smoke smell. From a picky ex smoker

“Convenient, clean and recommended”

We had a great stay. The room was clean and everything was in order. It is VERY easy to get to, right off the highway. If you want to you can pay for very convenient parking under the hotel. We did and it was quite easy. The hotel is a bit worn, but not too bad. Just showing it's age a bit. I wish they wouldn't supply ONLY limp feather pillows. But maybe that's just my preference. Overall it's a very convenient place to stay. It was pleasant and reasonably priced. Recommended.

“Hotel very good, breakfast improvable”

all in all a very good hotel, our room was big and clean. The breakfast was satisfiing though there were not enough tables for the clients and the employees didn't clean uses tables...a little annoying
